Room " grand" was like a personal flat- very good for family, a lot of space and comfort. The lift was only by 3 flor- we lived on 4-D... Nobody helped with very heavy luggage, and we need to carry it one flor by foot! Hotel is rather old...

The location is perfect close to the city centre, next to a metro stop and thre is a direct tram to the central train station. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well appointed and clean. They have been sound prrof as well as you can't hear the traffic even though the hotel is on a main road. The wifi is so slow that you might as well not have it. The breakfast is poor and certainly not worth 10 euro. You would be much better off going to one of the cafes.

We had the 'Grande' room, and it was like a small apartment, with a lounge, kitchen, further sitting area, bed area and bathroom. Spacious feel. Metro stop just outside, so very convenient; large park opposite; couple of nice coffee shops close by. Breakfast not included.

Good Location: half way between the central shopping areas and Milan's central station. The area is ok. The hotel reserved an amount equal to one night stay one day before arrival although they are not supposed to do so. Now i have to check if they have not charged my cc. So be cautious!

Very nice room, really confortable and clean. It was the 6th of Feb. Very cold outside. No hot water in the morning to take a shower. When I notified this at the reception, the guy did not even apologize. I find this not acceptable for a hotel with such standards.

The rooms were beautifully presented with a soft, pleasing decor. Although located on the corner of a major thoroughfare traffic noise was not a problem. Breakfast was simple, but with a reasonable range of hot and cold foods. Staff attitude ranged from pleasant to curtly efficient.

Good cosy beds. If you stay here in Milan for 1-2 days (for shopping as I did - the hotel is needed just to sleep in), this hotel is good enough because of its price. Good location for shopping. Not far from Linate, easy to get to the airport. Poor breakfast, old bathroom, you can feel the Underground under the hotel.

From our arrival to the time we left several days later, Allessandro at the front desk was the ideal example of a gracious host. Multi-lingual and helpful with all our questions. The hotel was perfectly located with a subway stop across the street and just about a short mile walk down Corso Venezia past many wonderful shops and boutiques straight to the Duomo. The hotel itself was first class; immaculately clean with larger rooms then we are used to in Italy. The breakfast was very good with a variety of cereals, sandwiches, brioches, yogurts and fruits located on the first floor just off the lobby and not in the basement. We will definately stay here again on our next trip to Milano and would recommend it without question to all. To tell the truth my wife and I or any of our travelling companions had nothing to complain about during our visit to this hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was pleasant enought due to a short walk to Piazza Duomo having a good choice of very attractive shops and lovely museums and relaxing gardens. The hotel is quite symphatic and comfortable.

Really cute little hotel and staff allowed me to change rooms when the first one was a bit noisy - the ones facing the street are nice but if you want a quiet room ask for one at the back. They are nicely decorated. They wouldn,t fix the airconditioning in the second room and it was set too warm.

I liked everything about Hotel Mercure Milano. It was close to all the major sights and the train station. Metro right outside the door. Lots of great restaurants close by. The rooms were beautifully appointed and quiet and very clean. Staff were very welcoming, helpful and spoke English. My friends and I were very impressed and are happy to recommend to travellers.
