Meget centralt placeret. Venlig betjening. Mangler et opholdsrum. Meget spartansk værelse. Hårtørreren på badeværelse gået i stykker for lang tid siden. |

The room is ok in general, close to the centre of Venice, about 8 minutes walk from the ferry station. What they could and SHOULD improve is the buffet breakfast. only bread, cereal and coffee, not even an egg. |

The room we stayed in was spacious, overlooked a canal where gondoliers passed through singing opera, was extremely convenient to all major tourist attractions and faced the house where Mozart stayed (?). The staff were excellent. |

The staff were great help and courteous. The location was great, 14 minutes to St. Peters walking for 7AM Mass. The breakfast was outstanding, meat, cheese, croissants, cereal, coffee, milk, yogurt.... |

1) Good location 2) a woman reception was supurp. She was friendly, had excellent service mind, and always gave excellent information. Others are moderate. 1) Rain was leaking from the ceiling into the room!! 2) a cleaner forgot a garbage bag from the toilet in my luggage!! |

the place was very disappointing. the place not so clean. the toilette was the only place that is good. the whole ambience of the hotel is not good. the place is very overpriced. |

staff very friendly and helpful, also a good breakfast choice, reception staffed 24 hours, central location the shower was very basic ( but worked and had hot plenty of hot water ) |

We liked the central location, and the staff were wonderful, particularly the lady daytime receptionist, who was extremely helpful. It was a little bit too warm at night, but better than being cold. We couldn't sleep with the windows open because of the mosquitoes, so we couldn't regulate the temperature. This meant we didn't sleep very well. |
