The hotel staff was very friendly and the location is super :)) The rooms are so small and not clean. There were many flys in the room although it is winter. There is no air condition in the rooms, it would be very frustrating to stay there in summer. |

It is close to Saint Marks Square and does have a Canal of which the Gondolas pass by. The Check out procedure was made in dollars and a charge was made for such. I did not read the fine print. |

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed here. The staff, especially Monica, is extremely helpful and knowlegable about Venice. Great recommendations to restaurants and sites. I didn't have a problem with the stairs but others might. |

The staff are friendly, the hotel is a fair compromise between price, location and value. My online booking blocked an extra 100 euros from my credit card for about a month, although I have paid at the hotel at the end of our stay. This caused extra work for me to figure out what was going on (perhaps due to my ignorance), which was solved automatically later on. |

The staff were welcoming, helpful and informative. The room was perfect, with a lovely view of the canal. Just note that there is no lift, so be prepared to carry your bags. |

Excellent location and very good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Small breakfast room. 5 EUR/hour for wi-fi is too much, but it is the same in all hotels in Venezia. |

The location was convenient to city center, restaurants and shopping. Reception staff was very helpful, spoke great English and was knowledgeable about transportation in the area. One must climb a flight of stairs to reach reception, and the breakfast room was quite crowded. |

My wife and my 8 yr old daughter felt that the hotel was very clean, warm and cozy. The mornig breakfast was good, from fruit, ceral, yogerts to lots of bread. Yum. Just get there before closing because if your one minute late, too bad so sad. You get nothing. All my electrical appliances ( traveling iron, blowdryer, ect ) did not work, even with the adapters and the Hotel did not have any appliances that I could borrow. . |

The location was good and staff extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was a reasonable size and whilst basic quite functional. By Venice standards the hotel is value for money but by any international standards certainly is not. Breakfast is poor and taken in a room far too small for the number of bedrooms. The TV in the room was a small one which was attached to the wall at a height of 2.5m. Why? |

The room was surprisingly large and the hotel in a quiet area of Venice, very close to San Marco Square which was great in the evenings.Very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. It was a bit costly for what it was, but then accommodation in Venice is expensive. While no criticism of the hotel we would choose a less costly hotel as little time is spent in the room. Had requested a room on the canal which we got but should have stated with a balcony. |

The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel was close enough to San Marco Piazza to walk in less than 5 minutes but off the beaten path so it was quiet and the streets were not crowded all the time. It was considerably cheaper than the so-called luxury hotels, but it was certainly everything we needed for our stay in Venice. |

it is very close to everything and the hotel staff are very efficient. The walls are very thin and you can hear what's going on in the room next door |

Location was perfect, check in any time. The lady at the reception was too good, even you go without any plans, she will tell all about Venice. No hair dryer, bathroom too small difficult to get in, break fast was very normal for the price we pay, this can be improved. |
