Great location in the middle of Venice. Centre of San Marco neighbourhood!
Rooms are very cozy and quite small. Same counts for the bathroom. Value for your money is not necesarily the room or the facilities, it's about the location. So if you want a big room, and don't care about being in the centre of Venice, don't pick this hotel. If you do, this hotel is a great solution!
1) Extremely helpful staff - in particular Giacomo - when it came to recommending restaurants etc 2) Very clean 3) Excellent location NB when taking the water taxi from the bus station, take line 1 or 2 and get off at the 'Rialto' stop.
1) The breakfast selection isn't that varied 2) Like the rest of Venice, there are no elevators
Close to San Marco and is accessible to restaurants and Boat stops. Hotel staff was good and helping
Small room. Very. Single bed. But clean. Good room cleaning, everything is clean , fresh. Not bad breakfast. Amazing 180 euro per 4 nights) Thank u!!!!
For me was not enough warm food on breakfast. Cannot eat cookies all the time) Even, if they r tasty)
Great proximity to major sites, they offer three twin beds in one room upon request, comes with breakfast...
Location can be hard to find if you're new to Venice; desk clerks need to smile!
Stuff was very helpfull and helped with planning the days in Venice The Breakfast
Hotel is located close to center of Venice, close to the wather bus station San Marco, and walking distance to the Rialto bridge, very nice staff 24 hours per day.
Not related to the hotel, the 2015 Carnaval in Venice didnt meet our expectation.
Location is perfect, very close to San Marco. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is good. No problem with the wi-fi.
I could use my portable on a well suited little table + chair and had a excellent wifi-connection.
There was a television with a lot of channels. It's a pity that there were not a lot "European" channels available like BBC1, BBC2, FR1, FR2, WDR, ZDF ... Only BBC World was available in that range. It would be better for the customer to improve the TV-package. There is no need for more channels, a better balance (more foreign channels and less Italian channels) is sufficient. This is a tip for the hotel to help them to improve the Facilities.
Food was good, hospitality was fabulous
Fast wi-fi Room size good Clean Good breakfast
Shower ceiling a bit too low/small, but the bathroom in total size was good
Very helpful staff, great location - 10 min to Rialto 7 min to San Marco. The breakfast was OK, however we would like to have some vegetables as well - that's the only remark we can have. Rooms are small, but we wouldn't expect anything else for this price.
Hotel was in an excellent location, which we only found out the next day after walking around a little. Literally five mins away from St Mark's Square, the hub of Venice. Bathroom was small but with excellent use of space, and satisfying shower facilities. Breakfast was good with a variety of Italian foods on display. Staff were friendly and very efficient.
Hotel room was too hot (January), and room's temperature not ready for us on arrival. Could have done with a more useful map pre-arrival.
Nice Location. Close to São Marcus Square. Breakfast was also good.
Location, reception staff
Poor shower, dated taste in furniture
Room size (room #45), bathroom size, water pressure and hot/cold balance, shampoo/soap quality
The wifi was unstable.
Great location, close enough to the A-list tourist attractions but far enough away to be a short walk to the less-discovered Venice.
friendly staff, assisted us in dinner reservations, held our bags even after checkout. Great location and not far from the drop off point from the water taxi stop.
Our room was literally in the lobby, so while people were checking in, coming up the stairs with luggage, we heard it all. Found it to be a little noisy, since it's a 24/7 reception.
IT IS NEAR S. MARCO
beeakfast was very nice and walking distance to St Mark Square,,Staff are very helpful
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free wi-fi worked perfectly (although you do get disconnected due to inactivity). Breakfast buffet was fresh and good if a little low on choice. Location is amazing.
The building is old (unavoidable in Venice perhaps) and therefore the sound insulation is shockingly bad. Some very early mornings due to other guests checking out or just being a little too loud.
The location was excellent - only a few blocks from San Marco and San Stefano churches. Staff was friendly and helpful - hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was terrific.
The room was comfortable
My wife literally broke her angle on the entry way into our room due to uneven ground that was camouflaged by carpet and the hotel did nothing.
