The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was excellent. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was good. Breakfast was good, although (and this is just a minor point) we would have liked some fish options. |

Rooms nicely decorated and functional. Outstanding staff, always willing to help. The buffet breakfast is even better than in some 4-star hotels. WiFi was always working well and it's free, not like many hotels in the city. |

Clean efficient and businesslike. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Good location. Room was quiet and had shutters for darkness and security. About 8 steps up to front entranceway with no concierge to help with the bags. Bed was very hard. |

Very helpful staff and good central position. Nice breakfast room. Our room ,on first floor, was rather "tired" looking as was the corridors leading to it. Bathroom however large and pleasant. |

We liked lots of things, including the friendliness and helpfulness of all the Hotel Staff, the convenient central location and the choice at breakfast. Being fussy, it would be better to have a bigger and quicker lift and wider corridors. |

It is located right in the city center by Via Garibaldi, with good facilities and public paid parking nearby. Good value for money with good sized rooms (for european standards) and the breakfast buffet has a good spread of food. If you are arriving by car, the way to the hotel is not the simplest and also it is not very easy to park your car in front of the hotel to drop off your luggage (which I wished I knew before arriving as it was quite stressful when we arrived). |
