Best Western Hotel Metropoli    

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was right near major sights and galleries. Breakfast was amazing!

Small rooms a small price to pay for all the good qualities of this location.

Almost everything. Great value for money. Great location, friendly staff, very good buffet breakfast and the room was comfortable. I'd stay here again.

Just two minor details. 1)for the first couple of nights the AC didn't work in our room, apparently because the whole cooling system was still being turned on for the first time that week. 2) Internet connection logistics could be a bit easier

Room a little bit small, but it is big enough for an old building in the center of the city. Very clean, personal very helpful. If you come by car, it is a little bit tricky, as you will probably find the hotel unloading-loading spot occupied by other client, as we did. After 20 minute waiting doubling the other cars parked, we called the hotel. They sent a bell-boy that took our luggage. We ware recommended 2 parking places. We used the one considered safer, Royal, and everything was ok. The breakfast was not a regular american buffet, but with enough choices compared to a regular Italian one.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The people at the front desk were friendly, helpful and spoke English. The breakfast was wonderful, very impressed with the special set up they had for children.

Perfect location, close to subway and bus stops, good connection to the airport, if you want to explore the city this hotel is perfect, attentive service at reception, free wireless network, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, special room to store luggage after check-out.

It had a very good atmosphere. Well placed for the city.

Good and safe location to walk around most of the areas even in the evening.

Parking at the area is a bit expensive for €20 a day.

Very good location, 10 min walk to Porto Antico and other sites, excellent breakfast and great welcome by the reception desk. The family room was great and clean, but the bunk bed may be small for tall teenagers.

The hotel locates in the center of the old town - in a small block from the main square. Our room was very clean with a big amazing bathroom, and it was a very quiet place to just stay in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was awesome! We liked the hotel very much and would recommend it to our friends.

The entrance has some steps up to the hall of the hotel. However, the staff helped up to carry our suitcases down to the street level.

It would be nice to have it more of a "Boutique" hotel feeling, than a hotel chain.

The rooms are small and corridors are tight. There is no view from the windows. Anyway, it is in the heart of the city. The hotel's pool was not working during our stay.

The staff of hotel is perfect and this hotel is located very close to historical center , what was very nice for excursions. I will recomended this hotel to my friends.
