zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. kunnen goed informatie geven over bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving douchecabine was oud en de schuifdeurtjes maakte veel lawaai. Geluiden van buitenaf werden goed buitengehouden maar geluiden van binnenuit waren wel regelmatig hoorbaar |

The hotel staff really nice and friendly, location of the hotel, the breakfast was really good (the best of 10 hotels I stayed in Italy), the room was really nice! I really can recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for comfortable stay in Genova. Excellent! Everything was positive. (One minor detail was not excellent: there was some incenses with really heavy smell placed on the table. It took quite a while to find out where the smell came from. |

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Excellent location. Very good breakfast. Comfortable and spacious public areas. There were tea/coffee making facilities in the room, which was one of the many advertised features which attracted us to this hotel. However, the only cups provided were polystyrene disposable beakers, which we thought was very poor. |

The location was good. Everything went smoothly. I find the temperature of the rooms in hotels in general is too high for my comfort. This applied also to this hotel, even with the radiator turned off. A small point, but a small shelf above the basin on which to place toothbrush, toothpaste, shaver etc would have been welcome. |
