good location, buffet breakfast was great!

no options for self ironing. Breakfast staff seemed like they had to be nice to us, didn't get a warm feeling. But I did se the older man constantly asking a young lady if she needed anything.. Anthony is the acception to this, he was very kind and you can tell it was heart!

The size of the rooms are big in European standard. Breakfast was good with decent choices. The location is good.

The bed was too hard, and the pillow was very hard and uncomfortable.

near central station.

no internet. we asked reception for good italian resturant serving steak, they recommended and booked for us poor one-star resturant that spoiled our night. we gave them feedback about the resturant, but they argued and shouted on us.

We liked the central location (close proximity to the train station) and town. The staff were friendly.

Parking was expensive at 25 Euro per night.

I was extremely pleased with the hotel. It was in a fantastic location for access to the Metro to get anywhere. The staff was more then helpful in anything that I asked. I think they went way above what would normally be expected.

Add WiFi or cable to the rooms. Had to go to the bar area to access the Internet.
