It's like going home as I have stayed there many times. Excellent breakfast facilities. Good location etc. One lift is being refusrbihed at the moment as they refurbish them all. One other lift had failed so with only one lift plus the very small service lift available there were times when long waits were experienced. Hotel is 18 floors. |

It is located walking distance to subway and train station which I used daily. They did not have the accurate room rate noted. I had it corrected/changed at checkout but I do believe I was still overcharged. |
