位于米兰中央火车站对面，步行即可到达，坐地铁到Duomo教堂仅4站，出行很方便。入住期间，正逢5.1游行，地铁、电车都交通管制不通了，从Duomo步行至酒店大约用了40分钟的时间（极度疲乏的状态下）- 。Check-in的时候分到的房间听得到装修的声音，问了一下porter，porter很主动帮我们跟前台打电话，换- 到酒店另一面很安静的房间。三人间挺宽敞，早餐也不错。 前台服务人员有点傲慢，但在不至于要投诉的程度。 |

義大利式的熱食早餐,非常棒.冰箱免費食物,令人窩心.浴缸是保持溫的,令人窩心. 櫃檯服務態度非常的差.叫早服務,祇可前一晚做隔天的叫早,連前一天早上做隔天的叫早,都拒絕,甘脆無恥並直接了當的說,沒簿子記錄. |

The location is very centrally located. We can easily find the hotel after the airport bus arrived Central Station (just across the road). The room was so large especially triple room and also bathroom. The breakfast was very good...many kind of premium items. My friends and I liked this hotel very much. |

This is truly a 4 star hotel. I have stayed in many hotels in Italy that state they are 4 star but they don't even come close. I loved my stay there and will return. |

The front desk service was the worst as far as I know. When I checked in the room, some other guest had already stayed the same room. The person of front didn't check who stay in the room. After that she made same mistake again. That means she gave me wrong number key again in same day... I felt the hotel do same thing sometimes and felt some guests also can enter my room without their intention. I realy dislike such poor service. |

The bathrooms are beautiful. The baths are all hydrotherapy and bath jets are soo relaxing. All in All we had a very pleasant stay the hotel is opposite the Central station with easy access to anywhere in milan. the free mini bar in the rooms is an excelent idea and added to the comfort of the rooms. The expensive drinks in the bar are somewhat over priced. There were no iron's in the room nore were we allowed any. on the website it say's free Wi Fi in all rooms there isn't any wi fi in the entire hotel. |

The location to Central Station was fantastic; free mini bar items were a bonus; plenty of cafes within walking distance for lunch/dinner. The housekeeping staff would come into the room without giving you time to even answer the door - that was a bit disconterting. |

Spacious room, good breakfast (with freshly squeezed orange juice), central location (just in front of Milan central station where also the busses for the three Milan airports stop). The furniture and carpet are a bit old. |

Good access from Milano Centrale train station. Reasonable price, service, facility, etc. It is too close to the train station, so the area is a bit loud and crowded. |

The room is very comfortable. The staff is really paying attention to guests. The breakfast room in the Minus 1 floor with no windows for claustrophobians, the poor quality of the "American Coffee" which is the only alternative to italian expresso or capucino. But that is my personal taste !! |
