The views from our room and the outside areas of Sorrento were spectacular and worth the money spent on the room. Excellent and helpful staff, great buffet breakfast and fixed-price dinner was also good value (although choices limited). We had a great family room with a king-sized bed and double pull out couch - very spacious indeed with a terrace and great views. A bit of a walk to Sorrento town centre but we managed to walk everywhere even with 2 young children. |

Location and views. No notice that hotel was closing in 2 days time and that there was no a la carte menu for dinner. Head waiter was only one on duty and had only copy of menu in Italian which he would not part with. If there was a notice to this effect, we would have eaten elsewhere. Food was good, selection poor. |

The hotel was very comfortable, furnished beatifully, the view of the sea was incredible and right out the window, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast (included) was excellent. Large room and bathroom with lovely balconey. |

We went on trips to Amalifi coast, Pompie, Mount Versouvios and the Isle of Capri. The Hotel was a great base and we would stay there again. Fantastic We loved the Hotel. |

Friendly reception staff. We requested a taxi to the train station at 6am. There was also another couple wanting a taxi at 6am going to the same place. They insisted we had seperate bookings so both ended up paying - people carrier turned up for both bookings. Why? |

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. They organised all our transfers to and from Naples airport and even posted items left behind back to us. Food in the hotel was excellent and terrace restaurant had spectacular views - very romantic! Room was lovely and spacious with large balcony overlooking the sea. Only downside was that room could have done with a bit of soundproofing as mainly bathroom noises from room next door very loud. |

Staff were very helpful, the food was good, the view was lovely. The walk to town was very easy walk and directions were given to local places without problem The tile floors made for very noisy mornings. The housekeeping staff was heard by 7:30 am most days. |

Great staff, very clean and well kept. Antonio, the bartender is great, and the breakfast is very good. Our room was very clean. The bed was a little too firm. The biggest issue (which wasn't one in reality) was that we were initially booked for a "Penthouse-sea side view" room. When we arrived, we were told we were upgraded from the "attic" room to a standard room, but out of curiosity, we asked to see the original room. It was literally a room in an attic with a small window. |

We enjoyed the view and the friendly service in the bar and restaurant. We thought that the property would be better served by requiring guests to partake in at least half board. By doing so, the common dining area and bar would be a bit more lively and enhance the atmosphere. |

disponibilità dello staff... sempre molto gentili ed efficienti - L'hotel nn aveva la mia prenotazione!! x fortuna c'era disponibilità delle camere! - la camera che mi hanno destinato spacciata come "Attico vista mare" in realtà era una mansarda con una finestrella ed il soffitto modello tetto modello chalet. L'attico per me è una stanza all'ultimo piano con terrazzino!! alle mie rimostranze mi hanno cambiato la stanza con una "vista mare". |
