Hotel Minerva  

I would recommend the hotel for Sorrento as I think for the cost perhaps it is one of the better hotels which wasn't solely occupied by English guests however it is 15 minutes walk from the centre of town. Sorrento is a disappointment with no pleasant beach so the hotel could use a much better pool for guests to relax in. My room was large and pleasant but rather bland, nothing exceptional for the price.

I think the swimming pool and the pool area isn't conducive to a relaxing time.The pool is small without any view.I Didn't see anybody getting service such as cold drinks brought to them.You had to get up and go to ask for something if the attaendant was there, which he wasn't always.

Having easy access to Pompei, Vesuvius and Capri. The tours arranged through the hotel were excellent. The food was excellent and although we only booked bed and breakfast, as we like to try local restaurants, we decided to eat in the hotel 5 nights our of 7 as the food was delicious.

At times the pool attendant was over zealous asking guests not only to shower (which is acceptable) but also to get their hair wet before entering the pool. Ladies are not keen on this.

Lovely family run hotel, in the hillside of Sorrento. We paid extra for Sea veiws, and had amazing veiws of Sorrento and the harbour as well as the Bay of Naples and Versuvious. Hotel was a ten minute walk into the centre of Sorrento, which we did most evening to eat as we enjoyed try a different restaurant each evening and watching the world go by. We were celebrating our 25th Wedding Annirversary and the hotel organised a special table and made a cake for us on that evening! Loved Sorrento and the surronding arrea, Capri was a must.

We loved this hotel. It is close enough to walk to town and the views are beautiful. Customer service was excellent. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Erinomainen palvelu, upea näkoala, hieno hotelli.

Personnel très agréable, endroit splendide avec une vue sur le Vésuve et la baie de Naples. Accès de la côte Almafitaine aisée. Parking pour la voiture.Hôtel confortable et décoration agréable. Hôtel à recommander

Peut être un peu trop éloigné du centre ville, du port et de la Marina Grande.

Hotel minerva e' situato a pochi passi dal centro ti permette di muoverti senza l'uso dell'automobile

La pulizie è l'unica pecca mia moglie ha avuto delle perdite dovute a un ciclo mestruale forte sporcando di conseguenza le lenzuola l'indomani siamo usciti e al nostro rientro ci siamo accorti che le lenzuola non erano state cambiate, male per un hotel a quattro stelle

Vue magnifique. Gentillesse du personnel.

La gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale dell'hotel sono ammirevoli.

Non è un vero aspetto negativo, ma l'hotel non è recentissimo e lo di vede, ma è comunque ben tenuto.
