It was within walking distance of the train station and also a short walk into the town centre, about 15 minutes. It was comfortable, clean, and excellent value. The staff were helpful.

City was a little noisy outside at night, but this was no fault of the hotel, it is what you would get with any hotel in a city.

An easy-to-find small hotel with friendly employees who speak English. Rooms are relatively small but clean. Wifi access was reliable. Breakfast was included in room price.

My first night was very noisy, unfortunately,some tv program coming from the corridor after midnight was so loud that I failed to fall asleep for quite a while. As an additional issue, the bed was not long enough for me (187 cm).

The staff was very friendly and gave us really good advise about things to see and do in Pisa. I would like to thank Rita and her son for our amazing stay. We had a wonderful time. Rita organised the tikcets for us for the Leaning Tower and her son recommended us very nice typical toscan restaurants.

Excellent location, really friendly staff. arrived late in the airport, but the walk to the hotel is no challenge. breakfast is excellent as well. definitely will stay here , next time in Piza.

Francesco and Rita were wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Location fit our style, walkable to Pisa Tower, yet away from tourism shops.

A little tight for four people as the room is small. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. Nightlife outside the window a bit noisy - this was a Saturday night.

Parking is a difficult job, but it seems to be so in all Pisa centre.

Staff was absolutely great. Specially the lady at the reception. Warm welcome and every request was fulfilled. City map was provided and some good suggestions as route too. Reception works 24h, which is perfect if you have to do a very early check-out.

I only spent one night there. And everything was taken care with careful. No negative feedback.

We weren't planning to stay in Pisa but had to make a last-minute itinerary adjustment due to an Italy-wide train strike. We booked a room last-minute and arrived very late -- no issues. The hotel is about a 20-30 minute walk from the Piazza dei Miracoli ("Square of Miracles").
