The staff was very friendly
In general a positive experience.
The hotel is in serious need of renovation. Especially the bathrooms and the carpets need to be changed.
- good locality - good price/quality ratio
Proximity to the Station, about 15 minutes walk. Reasonable taxi from the airport (our flight was late) Nice garden for breakfast, shame that rain prevented us from eating outside! Nice bars a short walk away
excellent friendy staff that were happy to point out all the must see locations and restaurants . just a short pleasant walk to all the main tourist attractions . Very good value for money .
The room, the staff and a good selection of food and drinks for breakfast. the room was very clean and comfortable.
Apart from the damp on the walls in the dining room and perhaps a little more seating in the garden for breakfast first class Hotel and I would use it again
Very helpful and hardworking staff. Spotlessly clean room cleaned every day. Excellent position close but not too close to city centre and all attractions, therefore in a quieter street. Beds are very comfortable we slept well. Very enjoyable holiday. Pisa is a good base to explore surrounding towns and attractions too.
open late, our flight got in at 23.45 The garden was lovely Staff very friendly and helpful on recommending places to go
Helpful reception staff
Some night noise from the street though no more than one might expect from a city centre hotel.
Small garden to sit at breakfast or for quiet time during the day. Twenty minutes from Tower and Duomo through quaint parts of city.
Our room was on front of hotel and suffered from street noise at night. Bathroom facilities dated. Other rooms seemed better situated, we were just unlucky
Very friendly staff, especially the night guard. Very clean room. Perfect value for money.
Staff were friendly and helpful. 24 hour reception.
Location unappealing. No lift. Breakfast was very basic, no fresh fruit or fresh cheese, the same everyday. The breakfast room was dull and tired. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Small bathroom, clean but tiny. No English channels on TV. Would not recommend.
Breakfast in the garden.
The bed was too short, the breakfast rather poor. The bathroom had some kind of plastic door.
Located at the outskirts of the old city center (right at the border of the area not accessible for traffic) - low pedestrian and car traffic, yet only 20 minute walk from the Leaning Tower. We found parking right in front of the hotel, and the clerk sold us a 24h parking ticket for just 6EUR.
No elevator - we had to drag our bags to the 3rd floor.
Staff very friendly and helpful
We stayed in another 3 star hotel after which was much higher quality
The location is perfect. It's very close to the main landmarks of the city but without the fuss of the tourists. The staff is also very nice and helpful.
The hotel was fantastic value for money and the staff were lovely. Really enjoyed staying there.
The only thing was the location was a little out of the centre but still easy to get to.
hotel was in a quiet area made for a good nights sleep. Not far to walk to the main sights in Pisa. Rooms were clean breakfast was good and staff were friendly and helpful.
very friendly and helpful staff, fair location
Well, the hotel is located in a building adopted for a hotel with all consequences - no lift, steep narrow stairs, uncomfortable bathrooms etc. Poor breakfast - I have been travelling to Italy for over 20 years, several times a year, so I know what I write.
Central with bus access breakfast was very pleasant in the back garden.we got parking right outside the hotel at reasonable rate.
No lift not suited to older travellers
The little hotel is very central but far enough away from the main tourist area. Nice walk through pittoresk streets. There was a market in the street just outside of the hotel - I did not think that this sort of markets still exist :). And I liked the little restaurant (Gallileo?) 3 minutes away. People (3 altogether) in the hotel are nice, tables for breakfast are in the little garden behind the house. Also my small room had the window to the garden. Astonishing quiet for the area in July. The clean room was small, just a big bed and a closet, a little table and a tiny TV. The bathroom has been built in later - very small, hardly enough room for shower, bidet, WC and sink. A little old but clean with lots of snow white towels. Very close to main station and not too far from the airport. I had spent one night in the AC Marriot before (far away, totally blood/life-less and partially dirty, typical lost 'any where and no-where in the world' feeling) and was VERY relieved to land in this little modest ITALIAN paradise.
That I had to carry my heavy suitcase two high stories upstairs - no space for lift - understandable, but still .... next time I'll travel 'more light' ;)
Location.clear ROOM.price.wi-fi in the room
Close to all the Pisa sites and airport. After an early and very good breakfast at the hotel we wandered through the beautiful town of Pisa and had a quiet at the tower before. the crowds descended. The hotel was a little 'tired' - however the location was great, the staff were very helpful, the rooms were very clean and beds comfy and the breakfast was great. All in all a great place to stay a night ready for visiting Pisa. We arrived into Pisa airport at 22:00 and used the Hotel to have a good night's sleep and allowing us to visit Pisa; before hiring our car the next day and setting out to the mountains. The time near the tower before the crowds arrived was a bonus. I would recommend the Hotel to anyone looking for a reasonably priced stay lose to the airport and a short walk to the sites.
Location was good, just a short walk from the centre. Good staff. Pleasant outside space for breakfast.
Air con unit in our room blew straight onto the head of the bed - which was a bit unpleasant.
Breakfast in the garden was lovely, close to the station and tower of Pisa.
Wi-fi didn't work very well and was slow when it worked.
