The hotel was very close to the centre of Siena and the staff were very helpful especially the breakfast staff. The rooms were clean but basic. I don't think I would class this hotel as 3*. |

Staff was friendly and able to speak english. 24h reception was also an advantage. Room was also clean and functional. Breakfast was good. Location of the hotel is also great, close to the railway station and city center. It was also peaceful, no noises. |

Kindness of staff, proximity to old city centre and major cultural sites (10' by foot from almost everywhere, including train station), fantastic views from our terrace to the old city (however, not a privilege of all rooms), decent breakfast. The hotel needs definitely renovation, at least painting the rooms with some bright and warm colour, rather than this hospital white. |

It was clean , comfortable and very convenient to all of the major attractions within the city of Siena and the surrounding area. The staff was very courteous and polite. Was very efficient definitely woth the price. |

The Hotel Minerva was a wonderfully situated and offered urban comfort with Italian charm. The room was comfortable and sparkling clean with a bed that left me refreshed.The city view from our window was postcard perfect. The delicious breakfast gave us enough energy to enjoy shopping, historical walks, and the kindness of the people of Sienna. The location, cleanliness, breakfast, and price of the Hotel Minerva enhanced our experience in Sienna. |

The hotel is 15mins away from centre of town. Room was comfortable, spacious and clean. There is one pc in the lounge to access the Internet for free. WiFi is available in the hotel for 10Euro for 24hrs, which is reasonable. The WiFi is temperamental. Did not work on the first day and the hotel refunded the cost. There is free parking in front of the hotel, however slots can get taken up quicklly. The a\c was not working in the initial room, had to move two rooms to get one with an effective a\C. Unlike other reviewers I did not find the breakfast that great. It was a normal cold buffet. Staff had to be reminded to top up things which were running out. |

The only good thing was the helpfulness of reception staff. Breakfast service poor like refilling trays as they were emptied and having to pay for cappucino. |

Ho apprezzato la posizione che seppur non centralissima non era distante dal centro e la silenziosità della camera ed il fatto che avesse un garage dove lasciare la macchina. Il personale alla reception è stato cortese. La prima colazione è stata piuttosto carente e soprattutto il servizio in sala è stato disordinato a causa della scarsità del personale rispetto agli avventori. |
