The Mirage Bed and Breakfast is set in the heart of Lecce facing Carlo V’s Castle and close to the pedestrian area. Housed in an ancient building, this bed and breakfast combines old with new. Its guest rooms are tastefully decorated and equipped with all modern conveniences. Breakfast is served directly into your room and also includes homemade cake. The Mirage B&B is within walking distance of the popular Piazza Duomo, the Bishop’s headquarters at Saint Irene’s Church and the two Roman amphitheaters. It is also close to a number of faculties belonging to the city’s University. The attentive staff at the Mirage will be delighted to help you organize your stay in this lively city and will happily recommend a good restaurant where you can sample some of the region’s specialties, rich in seafood. We were made to feel very welcome at the Mirage, which is ideally situated for getting around the city on foot. The room we occupied was modern, bright and quite spacious with a small balcony and the manager, Marco, who speaks excellent English, was very helpful and friendly.

The staff was very kind and pleasant. The owner even offered to give me a coupon for breakfast from a local caffe, because I was going to check out very early, before the hotel's breakfast time. The only thing to state as negative is that it is not very flexible to arrive at abnormal check-in hours without informing the owner. Apart from that, nothing negative to say.

The room was so big that it looked like an appartment. You have a lot of space. The location of Mirage Bed and Breakfast is excellent. It is in the center of Lecce. All the nice places of Lecce and the old center are on walking distance. The owner, Marco, is very helpful. The room is luxurious and very clean. The breakfast is served on the room, which is very comfortable. It is a wonderful location in a wonderful city.

the owner, mauro. he was extremely helpful and very friendly. one minor gripe - the breakfast was a bit inconsistent. for example first morning got bread and then next 3 days no bread. also got no butter for 2 of the 4 days to go with the french toast things. The croissant tasted like it had been deep fat fried, but let this not overshadow was it a perfectly good place to stay, but i would recommend bringing your cornflakes..

Very friendly welcome (despite arrival after midnight). Very spacious room, good price, clean, good service. Very convenient located, between the historical centre of Lecce and Piazza Mazini, a very crowded 'Italian' meeting place.

De ligging is perfect, net aan de rand van het prachtige oude centrum van Lecce. De ontvangst was hartelijk, de (bad)kamer superschoon. Het ontbijt wordt op de kamer geserveerd en was prima: broodjes, croissant, jam en chocoladetaart. Een aanrader dus!

Personale molto disponibile. Colazione in camera abbondante e molto gradita! Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di gustare I pasticciotti leccesi.La posizione è davvero ottima per visitare il centro!Avevamo prenotato una semplice mini suite ma ci hanno dato un appartamento. Meglio non poteva andare!Complimenti!

Giudizio sicuramente positivo: Ottima posizione; molto gentili e disponibili; ci hanno dato una stanza superiore rispetto a quella prenotata allo stesso prezzo visto che tutti avevano prenotato la nostra stessa tipologia. Le lenzuola, nonostante fossero state lavate, presentavano qualche piccola traccia di ruggine della lavanderia che le ha lavate e che sono sfuggite a chi ha rifatto il letto, ma sono state prontamente sostituite.

Ottima la posizione: particamente a metà strada tra il centro storico e quello moderno, con negozi, di Lecce..staff molto disponibile e cordiale, camere molto pulite, impeccabili sotto questo aspetto!! Non ci sono aspetti veramente negativi, per questioni personali avrei preferito degli appendi-asciugamani in bagno, dato che ho dovuto stenderli per tutta la camera per farli asciugare. Il resto era perfetto!

Struttura molto carina, a due passi da Piazza Sant'Oronzo. Pulita e confortevole, la mini suite aveva un bagno estremamente ampio, un comodo ambiente ingresso, con armadio, ed una camera spaziosa, con affaccio interno, silenziosissima. Molto cortese, simpatico e disponibile lo staff. Curioso (e carino) ingresso alla camera attraverso un "ponticello" sospeso.
