Hotel situato al centro di ieti, in zona a traffico limitato ma è possibile acquistare alla reception pass per la circolazione ed il parcheggio. La nostra camera era molto confortevole, dotata di un ampio terrazzino panoramico e di un bagno grande e pulitissimo Lo staff si è mostrato disponibile e gentilissimo. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Calm, comfort, cleanness. Nice view from the room in 4th floor. Very slow service during breakfast, frequently were lacking assortments of the buffet. Waiter wasn’t able to serve more people at the same time, breakfast took a lot of time. The bath towels were changed every day without claim. Normally towels are changed if placed on the ground. It si environmentaly poor behavior.

I liked the view and the fact that it is near the train station, as we were travelling by train. The girl at the reception couldn't speak English. I think that staff of a hotel must be able to speak English, and I think that should be especcially be included in the service of an hotel rated four stars.

A very comfortable hotel indeed. Doesn't look much from the street, but the rooms are beautifully furnished, quite modern with very good functional bathrooms. Helpful reception staff speak English. Excellent breakfast in a very nicely laid out room. Rooms at the front of the hotel would have excellent views of the town.

L'ottima posizione in quanto è situato al centro della città. Ottima pulizia di tutti gli ambienti. Purtroppo la maleducazione di altri clienti che facevano la doccia alle 2 di notte con scroscio continuo per 20 minuti, naturalmente non imputabile all'hotel. La colazione non molto diversificata anche se ugualmente sufficiente.

La disponibilità e familiarità del personale della reception Struttura per quanto rimodernata e pratica mostra situazioni ancora vecchie e discutibili come il piano ascensore, la scala esterna per le camere e poco spazio di intrattenimento. Devo segnalare un particolare abbastanza stupido ma di rilevante importanza: il caffè d'orzo a fine pasto veramente nauseante e imbevibile seppur il ristorante non propio economico.

L'ampiezza della camera; la posizione al centro della città Due aspetti negativi : 1) La porta della camera dovrebbe avere un sistema di chiusura più semplice (di sera, al buio, occorre inserire uno spinotto in una fessura collocata vicino la porta di ingresso, ma lo spinotto è legato alle chiavi, che servono per chiudere la porta in quanto non c'è una chiusura con maniglia o altro sistema) Insomma ho dovuto fare luce con il telefonino per fare quest'operazione!. 2) La colazione : anche alle 09,45 ci deve essere TUTTO a disposizione degli ospiti sul banco della colazione !! (non importa se la sala colazione chiude alle 10,00): PROVVEDETE per il futuro!!

Al centro di Rieti, comodo per visitare I dintorni e montagna, camere accoglienti e ben strutturate. Nessun problema ztl targhe segnalate dall'hotel. Il parcheggio a disposizione dell'hotel è di pochi posti. Problema risolvibile data la presenza di un parcheggio a pagamento davanti l'hotel.

Posizione comodossima. Praticamente nel centro della città. La connessione Wi-fi che dovrebbe essere inclusa nel prezzo è inutilizzabile perchè troppo lenta ed instabile. è un grande limite se serve per lavorare. I pass che l'albergo comunica di mettere a disposizione per parcheggiare l'auto nelle zone a pagamento erano "esauriti" al mio arrivo e questo mi ha creato non pochi disagi.

Il personale e stato disponibile alle mie richieste Molte cose erano negative.l aria condizionata,si spenge perche non funziona bene,e dopo la mezzanotte,veniva spenta per tutti,cosa per me non giusta.anche altre molte cose non buone che non sto ad elencare.insomma sicuramente un hotel centrale ma le camere e in generale non mi sembra un hotel a 4 stelle,soprattutto la colazione era povera e con cornetti duri

“Nice, quiet, luxory hotel. Good breakfast. Good restaurant but our children find it to much culinair... Very good beds, great size. Very clean rooms. To be in such a nice building gives the children the feeling being special. They loved it and so do we. Swimmingpool perfect (with parasols and enough sunbeds), tenniscourt perfect for a good play!
