Staff is unpleased.The room is dirty and cold.If you don't have allergy you have big chance to have.There is no Wi-Fi.The breakfast is so poor, only one croissant.For me one star is too much for this hotel.I Had terrible experience and had nightmare.

Breakfast was sufficient according to what you have paid The rooms were small, without tapestry (just a cold floor). Additionally, they switched on the heating after my request!

Value for money, good location - only 150 the metro stop and 10min to duomo by tube. Not enough table in the breakfast room. Rather poor breakfast.

The hotel Mistral for me was perfectly located as I was working in the area and could walk to work. The staff were really helpful, the coffee at breakfast was fantastic and the room nice and clean. The hotel is fairly close to the metro so easy access to all city. As often happens in Italian hotels multi-channel has no english TV channels. This actually wasn't a problem as I spent all my free time exploring Milan in glorious sunshine.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was bare minimum. We were making reservations at the last minute as we traveled, and this was the only one available. It is last stop on metropolitana, so travel in and out of the Milan is easy.

Close to metro station (5 min walking) but station is quite far from Duomo (20 min) Industrial area, no shops and restaurants around, quite high price for this location and service

La disponibilté du personnel à tout moment. Décevant pour un 3 étoiles d'être si petit, et, de disposé que si peu pour la clientèle dans la chambre, Lit pas très confortable.

Hotel pulito, abbastanza in periferia con fermata metro vicina. Consigliato per un soggiorno di emergenza senza grandi pretese perchè comunque tranquillo e tenuto bene con un costo accettabile. Ampia possibilità di parcheggio libero anche senza utilizzare il loro a pagamento... Qualche problema in fase di prenotazione: prenotata stanza matrimoniale, pagata subito e successivamente contattato per dire che la stanza non era disponibile e che avrebbero dato un con 2 letti separati (in arrivo in hotel per fortuna c'era stata una disdetta e quindi si era liberata una matrimoniale). Il caffè della colazione non proprio venuto bene...

Troppo rumore. Gli ospiti maleducati cantavano anche alle 5.20 la mattina! ... e traffico durante la settimana. Bene la stanza nella corte interna, ma non risolve problema chiasso di chi alloggia.

Dat het vlak bij het metrostation lag waardoor je eenvoudig naar het centrum van de stad kunt. Het ontbijt was karig en het personeel was bepaald niet vriendelijk.De kamers zijn klein en hebben alleen de minimale faciliteiten. Een minibar of koffie of thee faciliteiten zijn er niet. Kortom dit hotel is zijn prijs niet waaard.
