good position close to the railway station the first room had non-functional heating system and we had to move into another one but the staff was very helpful |

The convenience of being able to walk to all the places of interest. The bar area was very dark.We had to ask for a kettle and complimentary tea/coffee. |

Convenient location, clean room, good breakfast We asked for twin beds and were given a double despite 3 emails stating this very clearly. Also slightly on the expensive side. |

L'accoglienza non e' stata ottima in quanto era stato richiesto una camera matrimoniale e invece mi sono trovata con una camera a letti singoli e la persona addetta alla reception non ha fatto nulla per cercare di accontentare la mia scelta adducendo che loro non avevano ricevuto la comunicazione mentre io avevo la stampa della prenotazione. |

Wir waren schon zum 2. Mal im Mondial und werden auch bei unserem nächsten Rom-Aufenthalt wieder dort buchen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. |

Lage des Hotels sehr zentral, wir haben keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel benötigt und die zentralen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber, aber die Möbel ein wenig abgenutzt. Das Frühstück war für die Verhältnisse in Italien gut: Aufschnitt, Rührei, Speck, Brotvarianten, Gebäck, Müsli etc. Der Frühstücksraum war sehr klein und auch ziemlich gedrungen, da es keine Fenster gab. |

Niente... il personale che abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo è scortese e per niente accogliente.. Solo un paio di persone il mattino sono state gentili.Alle 11.20 di mattina una persona è entrata in camera nostra mentre mi stavo cambiando..( è un hotel a 4 stelle questo?) Il personale ci ha dato un'accoglienza per niente piacevole, il mio fidanzato si era dimenticato i documenti e gli è stato detto che non poteva pernottare... Abbiamo dovuto insistere. Non lasciate oggetti in camera alla vostra partenza. |

オペラ座のすぐ近くで、場所がわかりやすかったです。テルミニ駅など、地下鉄駅より徒歩圏内で、観光にも便- 利です。ホテルは快適で、スタッフも非常に親切でした。ほかの都市に比べると値段が少し高めでしたが、次も- 使いたいと思えるホテルでした。 |
