The hotel is a real four-star one. Location is very convenient - you can access easily all major sightseeings as well as Termini station (around 5-7 min.walking). Room was clean (and cleaned every day) and convenient. The hotel has excellent design - both in rooms and public areas and a very nice hall in ancient style with comfortable sofas and beatiful pictures on the walls. It looks really amazing! You can just sit there and drink some coffee or make good photos! The breakfest was good as well. So I can recommend this hotel as the one that can make your stay in Rome even more pleasant! WIFI was available for additional charge only.

The location was great and it had a great staff. Waked to the Vatican and the coliseum. 30 minute walk each way. No Internet even though its a big name hotel. You would think it offers Internet after the price you pay. The breakfast was a bit sad to say the least.

Location Room comfort. No ac was provided although the description said ac was available. When complained about the heat in hot room, the staff said we do not switch on the ac at this time. Temp in the room was 26-30 degrees C. very uncomfortable night due the heat.

Location. Comfort. Breakfast. Only one front desk clerk was friendly, the other extremely unsympathetic. The Hotel was not at fault, but had the misfortune to go in the lift with two English maybe Hooligans extremely racist and very ignorant.

Location and nice facilities. Other front desk staff (a lady from Egypt), restaurant and maintenance staff. The level of service in this hotel was not up to the quality experienced in my stays at the Best Western hotels in Milan, Venice, and Florence during this same trip or in the past. Rudeness of one front desk staff (mario) made the stay very unpleasent. At checkout, I was presented with a bill for three internet connection sections, when I had only signed/ authorized two sections. The desk manager (Mario) insisted that I pay because he said he remembered the third request, even though the hotel paper work which he reluctantly showed to me, had only two requests. Mario was rude to me, saying that I had complained a lot about my accommodations, but finally “forgave” the third charge because he said he did not want to spend any more time arguing with me. In fact I had previously requested replenishment of basic amenities--toilet paper, soap, shampoo, shower cap, and plastic cups, which were routinely missing. On one occasion when returning to my room at the end of the day, I found the door unlocked because the dead bolt was in the extended position. When I called the front desk to report I he (mario) argued that this could not be possible. A maintenance staff member subsequently came to inspect the door and said that the only explanation was that a hotel employee (perhaps with the maid service) had forgotten to properly close the door.

Good location. No comfort at all. Very thin walls and you can hear all the noises coming from other rooms. Also not so good double windows which makes the room even more noisy. Way too expensive and no value for the money. Poor breakfast and 10 Euro per day for Internet. This hotel should be classified as max 2 star hotel. It's far away from being a 4 stars hotel. I do not recommend.

The location is good, and the standard ok. But I think that the prise was not a bargain, compared to prices at higher standard hotels . 89 euro for a small singleroom is not a good prise when a dobble room of higher standard would be 100 euro for the same periode. Unfortunately the bed was extremly uncomfortable because of the hard matress, for this reason I will not book this hotel again.
