In a 19th-century building, the Quirinale is a 10-minute walk from the Colosseum. This historic hotel is connected to Rome Opera House through a passageway in its leafy courtyard.

quality of the big bed
Rude staff and room is so old. Broken wc seat, dripping shower tap, water-stained plaster ceiling, stained wallpaper, not sound proof at all as per indicated in booking.
The brand- Best Western. Turns out not up to Best Western'Western's usual standard, perhaps only in Rome.
the bed was very hard.
close to metro, bars and restaurants and within walking distance of the coliseum and spanish steps
No breakfast included in my rate
4 stars appears to be much too much. Rather small room, lamps were not nice etc. worne out equipment.
Great location good wifi excellent staff
We booked the hotel for the location near the train station. The stay included both WiFi and breakfast. However when we asked if we could have some arrangements because we wanted to leave earlier then when was the breakfast service. We were told it was not possible. Only the following day when we were leaving we were advised that we could have at least asked for a kettle or coffee machine (Arghhh!). Next was the WiFi, never worked. Asked about it and was told they were gonna check tomorrow. No way to communicate to my family back home. I was suggested to use the lobby computer, which was also offline (Arghhh!).
bed things is otels wall is not keeping voice. ı could not sleep because of my next door was snoring all night :(
good location..near Termini and republica. just 5 min by walk. reception persons was very helpfull.
It could be recommended to vary with breakfast menu - it is not too easy to eat the same meals for whole week.
Location, equipment and furnishing as well as service staff
Breakfast was below average if you need to book this hotel book without Breakfast.
Location is good
The staff was kind and helpful, location was excellent walking distance to Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. And Rome Metro and bus station was just around the corner would stay there again.
very basic room . no tea/coffee maker in room .
Location is excellent with the main station and republica station close by . Many bars , cafe and restaurants close by. Excellent if you get a good rate . Very clean linens.
Rooms are somewhat noisy at night (on the main street side you can hear trucks that pass by), things provided in the room (toiletries, minibar) and especially breakfast are disappointing for a 4-star hotel and are really basic (2-3 star range).
Excellent location, very spacious rooms, friendly staff, clean rooms
Definitely not a 4 stars hotel, maybe not even 3. small and old room with low quality forniture. the double bed was an union of two single ones, really not comfortable. not working and non safe electrical plug two days with the same towels low quality breakfast
Lobby floor is nice, price is ok for location
No early check-in available, even if requested prior to arrival.
Good location, close to termini station and 15 minutes walk from Quirinal Palace; nice room and nice lounge area. Restaurants and ice cream shops around. Close to metro station Republica for the ones traveling by public transport
The breakfast is for most Germans the most important meal of the day. The Best Western Mondial offered a small variety of cornflakes, eggs and sausages, cakes and bread/toast. They serve different marmelades, nutella, but just serve one kind of cheese and one kind of meat spread (Belag). Since we stayed 6 nights, I ate after day number 2 mostly cornflakes, since the breakfast was quite monotone. However the quality of the breakfast is totally acceptable. The best thing about the breakfast is the coffee machine. The cappucino and latte machiato makes a good start in the day. One time the machine was broken and the waitress instantly went into the pantry and made me another beverage before attending the machine. So the service is very good.
Our trip was from Sunday to Saturday (6 nights). We landed at Leonardo Airport and took the Leonardo Express to the central station Termini. From there it took us 5 minutes by foot to get to the hotel. We arrived on Sunday around noon, but the room was not ready yet. However the hotel offers to store luggage, which we used without any problems on our arrival and departure day. The location is extremely good. During our stay we bought the Roma Pass which offers 3 days of using all public transport, however due to the very good loaction of the place using this function was mostly not necessary. From the hotel you can go to the colosseum within 20 minutes, as well as reach the Spanish stairs within 15 minutes.
Weak sound isolation - in the bathroom we were able to hear all the activities and conversations of our neighbours, probably reverse direction, too.
Very good location within walking distance to Termini central station and top tourist attractions. Very good breakfast for Italian standards. Room was clean, staff efficient and kind.
disappointed with the service of the hotel. a 4 start hotel, but the person who served us is haughty and not well trained. when we have request, she is not happily to help us,but always ready to blame us. we never met with this kind of service, and we will not stay in this hotel again!
in downtown, it is convenient.
curtious n gud staff is the highlight
Everything was brilliant on this Mondiali Hotel.staff was excellent nothing to complain every time I will be travelling to Rome I will be staying on this Hotel. Kind regards Mark Jakaj
The day staff seem like it was a problem when asking questions about the area and tours. The later shift into the night were helpful with any questions.
It was in a perfect location for touring. Very nice hotel.plenty of different options for touring within 10 min of the main train station bus line and metro. Really 5* hotel but at affordable price.
Wireless Connection Breakfast
Our third trip, good area of city, hotel short walk from Termini rail/bus station, we know our way round!
Breakfast not super fresh, fruit salad fizzy gave me upset stomach. Decor tired.
Good sized room and bathroom. Nice hot water. Prompt attention to request.
The hotel is located only a 5 minute walk from Termini and is within walking distance of many of the famous attractions. The rooms were decent, clean and tidy, while the bathrooms were modern. Breakfast was good without setting the hay on fire. Overall, a good hotel and satisfactory for the price tag.
