- large room - subway and old city within walking distance - friendly staff - good breakfast
- one coffee machine in operation during breakfast causing a long line - wifi connection sometimes instable
Great location, great breakfasts, clean and tidy. All city sightseeing buses just five minutes away, as were coaches for airport.
Tea and coffee for room had to be collected and topped up by ourselves. The room maid clearly didn't think this part of her job. Dirty cups ignored.
Near to train station and walking area. Very easy to get around. Staff is friendly and speak good english. Happy with it
Room is a bit small and old design.
Value for money and ideal location for tourists.
Location, furniture, clean and quiet.
14.11.14 Waiting for the room from 3 hours till 3 pm. However the was ready . I sow that during the waiting for the room. Room 219 is right at the lift, I have been there. And sow that nobody cleaned them. Don't understand why recieption got me wait so much time.
Breakfast, wifi, and location. Staff was nice also.
The walls were dirty, grout in the shower and bathroom floor were disgusting. Shower curtain did not go all the way around so water got all over the floor by the toilet. Could not sit on the toilet normal had to sit sideways because the front of it is literally 5 inches from the bath tube. Any normal human would not be able to sit comfortably on it, maybe a child could. The bed was very stiff and not inviting. Had hair on the comforter when we checked in. AC did not work it was stuck on 23° celsius which was not comfortable to sleep. Asked front desk they said to turn it off sk the fan kicked in... had to open the window for cool air but couldnt sleep due to the loud noise from the street all night. This placed seemed nice in the lobby but in the room it seemed neglected.
Easy access, lots of restos and sight seeing objects
Old building and interior
I liked the staff, they were very helpful. The room are spacious. I liked that very much.
Good location about a 5 minute walk to Termini. Good connection with local buses and metro. Comfortable rooms
Efficient but unfriendly and unhelpful customer service. It's as if they don't expect to see you again. A very average breakfast served in a crowded room which is too small for the hotel capacity. Light bulb in bedside light needed replacing. Reception said they would deal with it and didn't. Then when we came back from dinner, they said they had replaced it. They hadn't. When asked again, they said they would deal with it but we found them smoking cigarettes outside and we never got the light bulb! Simple things matter.
Cleanliness, location, staff
When we had a problem it was dealt with as quickly as possible to our satisfaction.
location and price
the staff could be more helpful and the room is bigger
Clean room, good wifi, ample brsakfast.
Nothing in minibar
Service, you can visite everything in Rome from this place,
View from my room
The location is near enough to the train station but the directions were a bit confused. Regardless, upon my arrival, the staff was prompt, courteous and organized. My room was a simple single but nicely appointed with a clean and lovely bathroom. The hotel staff was very accommodating when I couldn't figure out how to turn lights on. The card key to the room had to be inserted into a slot once you entered. I guess that is what I get for staying in agriturismo locations before I arrived in Roma. We learn something each day. The hotel has a welcoming and beautiful lobby.
The location of my room at the elevator and top of that floor's landing. Rude guests can occur anywhere and be of any age. Drunk tourists/foreigners being loud and boisterous outside my door and continuing down the corridors at midnight was awful. I had a 6:30am flight to catch the next morning. The hotel was not responsible for that.
I loved all the staff.. Bellmen & receptionists were gorgeous
close to metro and to terminal station quiet place, decoration of the hotel, big rooms
The hotel was great, the breakfast was great, staff was wonderful
Why why why are the beds like marble slabs in Italy? From boutique hotels to luxury hotels. UGH!!!
Hotel location, staff, cleanliness was great. Would recommend.
Breakfast wasnt up to much!
Location is perfect - close to subway and all central points of interest. English Episcopal church in 5 minutes. My stay was quiet despite to the fact that I could well hear voices from the room next door. A noisy neighbour could be a PITA. Got a reasonable deal for 65 EUR in a single room per nigt. The room was not very spacious but clean and nicely decorated. It had a safe and bidet as a bonus.
Breakfast (10€) was not included in this deal. Only plastic cups in the room. Minibar was empty. Guys in reception seemed a tad arogant (may be just Italian style) which made them less helpful. Watch out - they had entered my name wrongly in the system which was a problem for joining the internet as the name is part of the password.
Great staff, location, amenities, and quality facility.
The bed (a twin) was not very comfortable at all. Can definitely be improved upon, perhaps even by a memory foam topper.
Location was great! Staff was nice...
Maybe b/c my travel is mostly in Asia, I was surprised to see how small the room was -- you could barely walk if you had a suitcase & a carry on. Tough walking into the room with both. Lifts are small too... Aside from soap, no other toiletries provided. Definitely not 4-star!
