Morning coffee is just REAL COFFEE, breakfast fair enough if only you are not addicted to vegetables, room spacious and very clean. Location good, just few steps from Termini, several good trattorias/pizzerias in the area, wine shop located next door.
Buy a corkscrew alongside with the wine in case you'd like to have a glass before going to bed (glasses, if we spoke, are plastic.) And bring your own toiletries (+ earplugs, because of neighbours, not the street noise.) Nevertheless, it's worth to stay, if you are not growler.
We had stayed here some years ago and enjoyed it. The room seems to have undergone refurbishment since our last visit. It was small but very comfortable and warm, as was the bathroom. Staff friendly and helpful. We asked for tea making facilities in the room which were provided at no extra charge. Breakfast was typically continental but there was plenty to choose from. Just don't expect full English, or an American-style buffet. The location is perfect. We walked most places or took the bus which was very close by, and Termini train station is five minutes walk around the corner.
There was absolutely nothing to complain about.
walls between bedrooms to thin had to listen to next doors tv late into night(1am)
The staff were friendly, the hotel was spotless and the location was ideal for sightseeing.
Our double bed was two single mattresses pushed together.
-Good location to the train station and bus station. -Surrounded by excellent restaurants -Staff were helpful with local information
The rooms are warm at night and can hear noises from the streets
The location was perfect- shops, restaurants and monuments nearby, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel provided lovely gluten free crackers, the room was small but cleaned well and very comfortable.
- parking 50 euro - unfriend staf -
Cleaning service, smiley and helpful staff at restaurant and reception, perfect wifi, perfect location
City tax is too much for the hotel area that is not about the hotel.
Location is excellent - all important tourist sites are within walking distance. Termini station is a short walk. Room and the bath are spacious. We found the staff to be very responsive and helpful.
Room was a bit stuffy. It is an old hotel so be prepared for a little musty smell.
Clean Location Staff Comfort Price Brekfast Free Wi-fi
Two single beds were joined (instead of a double bed).
An ideally place to stay when visit Rome again as price is good with comforable staying
Water dripping noise all night long and not sure if that's due to 310 room located by side of water pipe or whatever ??
Location is the only good thing about this hotel The breakfast staff was super nice. We are vegetarian and we asked if they used pig fat in the croissant. She went to the kitchen and searched for other type of croissant that was made with vegetable oil. She is one of the nicest staff I've ever met
1. Double bed is actually 2 single beds joined together and is extremely uncomfortable 2. Pillows are ages old and too thin. When we ordered extra pillows they gave us thicker but super uncomfortable ones. 3. Room service is 5 euros! Upon arrival, they gave us a paper that we can fill and on the bottom of it was written: room service is free of charge. We ordered 2 cups of tea and they billed us 10euros. In 4 star hotels, tea and coffee are given in the room. Also the minibar was empty. 4. The toilet is very old! A bad smell filled the room at night. The curtain doesn't close all the way. No slippers are given. Only one 2 in 1 shower gel and shampoo bottle for 2 people. Good that I had a conditioner with me.
Location of the hotel is excellent. It is not far from the termini, metro and it is easy to walk to most of the tourist locations in Rome city. The staff are very helpful and easy to communicate with and I would recommend staying at this hotel.
The only negative I have is the king bed is two singles joined together. It can be a little bit uncomfortable if you want to sleep in the middle of the bed.
Very courteous and accommodating staff; always attentive to client's needs. Rooms spacious for a single and very clean. Extremely comfortable bed. Good location close to via Nazionale. Thumbs up!
No dinner options available in the evening
A nice hotel overall. A great location is you want to be near the train station. We stayed just one night because came in to the Termini from another city and we were on our way to the airport the next day. Suited our needs perfectly.
Nice staff, close to subway station..
Only the breakfast, it was humble.
Excelent location. Near Republica station (metro),Termini station (metro, Leonardo Express, trains), bus station. Very polite, friendly and helpful staff. Very clean spaces. Very nice decoration. The room was better than it looked at photos.
The breakfast could be enriched with more snacks and sweets but still it was very nice.
Location: next to Roma Termini Station. Confort and Clean: the room and the hotel at all. Breakfast: very very good.
Crew: not very nice, but very helpful
Cleanliness Location Style and facilities Size of room
Bar closed at 23:00hrs Size of the pillows Broken toilet seat
Breakfast - Poor choice comparing to other Best Western and a small room that quickly gets full and makes you wait for a place to eat. Staff English level - Had to pay for 2 Frizzante waters that was not sparkling anymore, as the reception was not understanding my complaint.
good location. room is cleaning. people are gentle. Breakfast is free (but very normal).
Message for staff is totally useless. I asked for adapter in the evening, staff promise me to keep one the day after. But next afternoon, when I back to frontdesk, they totally forget. It happens two times. One service staff talk to me privately "If you need, go to buy it, don't waste time on waiting." I ask for a "to go breakfast" due to early check out in the last night. When checking out, as usual, they forget. The message system is totally useless in this hotel.
we have to ask for tea, coffee, kettle, bathrobe(not available) etc the next day after we read the user guide in the room. for a four star hotel, I was expecting all these to be provided in the room on arriving!
It is located in an easy distance from Termini Station(Ocourse, before arriving there, I had been searching the way how to get there on google maps. And you can easily memorize how to get to.) and there is Teatro dell' Opera across this hotel. And the room is excellent and staffs are very kind.
Wifi service have to be fixed. Well, I had stayed one night but wifi did not connect. I think my phone had been problem, however, my phone was able to connect wifi.
We stay here once a year. Great location. Breakfast and service excellent.
Large comfortable room
Thé check in at 3 PM is an absolute discomfort We asked for a high floor room was not available and I was told the hotel was fully booked since two days too bad I booked five weeks earlier
