Ultra-modern and classical at the same time. Everything about this place was exceptional! Spotless. Exceptional bathrooms. Very helpful front desk staff!! Room excellent. Free brekkie - excellent. Location - easy walk to several sites, Termini, Hop-on-hop-off. Great restaurants in the area.
Need bigger, fluffier pillows. Ours were the thickness of a towel. Breakfast hostesses need to smile.
Location is good.
Breakfast is horrible. I tried eating but everything tasted awful. Staff are mostly rude and lack training. Had to sleep one night in a boiling hot room as air con broke down. Water leaking from the ceiling. Wifi keeps cutting off. Horrible view from window. Toilet broke down. You can ear everything from other rooms. I don't understand how this hotel has such good ratings.
location - its very close to the train station and the main tourist attractions
very good and professional staff at reception, cooperative and hardworker.
The location is excellent ideal for the Termini Station and Metro.
The wifi was great in reception but poor in the bedroom.
Rooms were clean, there is a/c, wifi worked great, close to Termini, and the hotel is beautiful.
This is hard to choose because my experience was mostly positive. In the bathrooms, I suppose they could've added nicer shampoo and some lotion.
Location Very clean good staff good value VERY fast wi-fi
smallish room by NA standards lobby computer was always down.
Location , wifi
Old furniture , fair breakfast
Position very close to my office Room was clean Good Shower
Reception staff was not really pleasent
Location, as it is possible to walk to most attractions/sites & being near the main station & Metro allows easy access to all areas around both city as well as to/from the airports, Frascati etc. Hotel throughout & especially bedrooms to very high standard, newly refurbished, clean and with electrical power points/sockets suitable for all.
Although there was plenty to eat for breakfast I would have liked a wider range of breads & cereals.
Hair on the bed
The hotel was recently remodeled and therefore feels new and well kept Internet connection very good at my room at the 4th floor and at the common areas Stuff were helpful and present
Although the room was clean I found woman's nickers behind a dresser (not mine!) and a used water bottle (also not mine) under the bed
From Rome to Venice this last minute pick turned out to be great. Conveniently located, comfortable and clean. My wife and I enjoyed our stay.
very clean, good location, excellent ice cream shop just next door to the hotel, very close to the railway station.
the hotel decor in the rooms is in need of updating. our double bed comprised of two single beds which were pushed together, and which tended to move apart.
Not so friendly staff, especially the man who is on daytime duty. He doesn't know how to smile and is very impatient to answer any questions.
I appreciated the computer and printer access for travel planning. In walking distance to the train station.
Breakfast coffee was disappointing as it was out of a machine. It was also uncomfortably warm in the breakfast dining room.
Location is close to main station, metro and hop on hop off pick point.
Hotel reception area is well decorated to attract you but Rooms are small and looks very old. Too dark. Breakfast is of poor quality. "Best western" brand and "4 star" attracted me to select this hotel but disappointed.
Everything is average, and not bad. Well equipped room and bathroom. Near to Termini Station.
Staffs are not so kind. I think Shower Booth can be bigger, becuase bathroom has enough space. Now it is very small.
Location good Close to a laundromat Comfortable beds Big bathroom Beautiful hotel
Wifi was awful Our key broke and the staff did not clean our room, then told us we must have had do not disturb on Breakfast was lame, we didn't even go two of the three mornings
The hotel is centrally located.
Great location for a Rome visitor, facilities really nice, everything works really well in the hotel (even if any "problems"), helpful and proactive staff & a typical breakfast. A big plus: the hotel has transportation to the airport at a cost equaling train tickets from Termini, but much more fun with the driver who knows all the backroads.
None - at our expected or even above our expected level.
Good location, close enough to major sites and shops/restaurants
Bedroom was very dated, air-con didn't work on second night
It was close to tourist places, close to train and bus stops. My room were very comfortable, nice view to Santa Maria church, air conditioner works perfectly, no noise, bed very comfortable, and the room and bathroom very clean and big. The breakfast was perfect and the staff very helpful.
I booked for 5 days, I lost my flight and arrived the next day at 11:00 they did not let me get in the room until 03:00 pm and at the end they charged me for the 5 days completely. No free WIFI, the internet service too expensive.
