Very good location within walking distance to Termini central station and top tourist attractions. Very good breakfast for Italian standards. Room was clean, staff efficient and kind.
Weak sound isolation - in the bathroom we were able to hear all the activities and conversations of our neighbours, probably reverse direction, too.
curtious n gud staff is the highlight
Everything was brilliant on this Mondiali Hotel.staff was excellent nothing to complain every time I will be travelling to Rome I will be staying on this Hotel. Kind regards Mark Jakaj
It was in a perfect location for touring. Very nice hotel.plenty of different options for touring within 10 min of the main train station bus line and metro. Really 5* hotel but at affordable price.
The day staff seem like it was a problem when asking questions about the area and tours. The later shift into the night were helpful with any questions.
Wireless Connection Breakfast
Our third trip, good area of city, hotel short walk from Termini rail/bus station, we know our way round!
Good sized room and bathroom. Nice hot water. Prompt attention to request.
Breakfast not super fresh, fruit salad fizzy gave me upset stomach. Decor tired.
The hotel is located only a 5 minute walk from Termini and is within walking distance of many of the famous attractions. The rooms were decent, clean and tidy, while the bathrooms were modern. Breakfast was good without setting the hay on fire. Overall, a good hotel and satisfactory for the price tag.
Location was great, 10 mins walking distance from Termini. All sights within walking distance and we loved getting lost in side streets and finding lovely authentic Italian (reasonably priced) eateries. Room was great size and nice little balcony.
Bed was as hard as a brick.
3 Pin Plug Instead Of 2 Pin Plug
metro station around the corner, great location and can walk to most of attractions.. The room is clean and big enough for one person.
The bed is a little narrow, not suitable for big person. Wifi has problems to access some websites. The price paid by credit cards is higher than paying cash.
The staff are just great and I felt like they are genuinely proud to work there. All other aspects (cleanliness) are as you should come to expect.
My only complaint is the bed and pillows were too firm for my taste, but that is a subjective gripe.
Most of the staff were very friendly. They provided names and locations of places to eat. The location was close to all the major sights. Also very close to 2 metro stops if you prefer that. Breakfast was varied, with everything you could want. The room was spotlessly clean, very spacious and comfortable. Very very quiet. The wifi was fast and reliable. I thought it was fantastic value for money. I would have no hesitation staying here again.
We stayed in an upper floor (4th). Room was spacious compared to other hotels we stayed in before. Internet was good.
breakfast could be better
Morning coffee is just REAL COFFEE, breakfast fair enough if only you are not addicted to vegetables, room spacious and very clean. Location good, just few steps from Termini, several good trattorias/pizzerias in the area, wine shop located next door.
Buy a corkscrew alongside with the wine in case you'd like to have a glass before going to bed (glasses, if we spoke, are plastic.) And bring your own toiletries (+ earplugs, because of neighbours, not the street noise.) Nevertheless, it's worth to stay, if you are not growler.
We had stayed here some years ago and enjoyed it. The room seems to have undergone refurbishment since our last visit. It was small but very comfortable and warm, as was the bathroom. Staff friendly and helpful. We asked for tea making facilities in the room which were provided at no extra charge. Breakfast was typically continental but there was plenty to choose from. Just don't expect full English, or an American-style buffet. The location is perfect. We walked most places or took the bus which was very close by, and Termini train station is five minutes walk around the corner.
There was absolutely nothing to complain about.
walls between bedrooms to thin had to listen to next doors tv late into night(1am)
The staff were friendly, the hotel was spotless and the location was ideal for sightseeing.
Our double bed was two single mattresses pushed together.
-Good location to the train station and bus station. -Surrounded by excellent restaurants -Staff were helpful with local information
The rooms are warm at night and can hear noises from the streets
The location was perfect- shops, restaurants and monuments nearby, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel provided lovely gluten free crackers, the room was small but cleaned well and very comfortable.
- parking 50 euro - unfriend staf -
Cleaning service, smiley and helpful staff at restaurant and reception, perfect wifi, perfect location
City tax is too much for the hotel area that is not about the hotel.
Location is excellent - all important tourist sites are within walking distance. Termini station is a short walk. Room and the bath are spacious. We found the staff to be very responsive and helpful.
Room was a bit stuffy. It is an old hotel so be prepared for a little musty smell.
Clean Location Staff Comfort Price Brekfast Free Wi-fi
Two single beds were joined (instead of a double bed).
An ideally place to stay when visit Rome again as price is good with comforable staying
Water dripping noise all night long and not sure if that's due to 310 room located by side of water pipe or whatever ??
