Everything was good: they gave as a superior room, which was very silent and very nice, new, modern and with good design; the breakfast was good too. |

I was just passing through Milan and found the closeness to the Central Station and the Metro made it quite easy to entering, leaving, and getting around the city. Breakfast was decent. After checkout and later in the day, the staff was very cool about luggage storage and letting me use the internet. The area of the hotel could be considered a little "dicey," but a person is going to have that whenever staying extremely close to a central train station in Europe. |

It was fantastic. I was only there for a short time and my room was upgraded and it was very comfortable, quiet and in a great location. I travel regularly to Milan on business and this hotel was extremely affordable and good value for money. I will certainly be staying there again. |

The perfect location. If you are with baby stroller, you need to change the lift twice that may sometimes be annoying. |

Firstly the location (very handy for us) of the Hotel to Central Station and secondly the staff were extremely helpful and willing to assist in any way possible. The close proximity to Buenos Aires (Shopping strip) was fantastic as we were able to take in the architecture along the way. |

The location was amazing - Near Stazione F.S. and the metro... The cost was great and the room was big! Hotel has an elevator, towels are normal not the flimsy cheesecloth kind you often see. I didn't try the breakfast, but there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Take the Metro to anywhere in the city very quickly! The check-in staff was no good for concierge services, I think it was one particular gent who had a stick up his butt. You're better off talking to the locals about good places to go, and make sure if you have a friend over they bring id for their "30 minute max" visit. Extra guests cost more. |
