Next to station. Reasonably priced.
Place is aged but staff are friendly. Expected with this price range, I guess
Near to station
Lifts could do with update
Just a 5-minute walk from Central Station
Had to use 2 lifts to get luggage to room ,very little storage especally for a 4 bed room ,Staff are very unfriendly especially the elder woman with eyeglasses , Poor sound isolation of the room. I could hear everything happening in the neighbor room. was very loud noise every morning around 7 o'clock at where I live. Sometimes even in mid-night. There is really no sound proof at the door. So you'd better bring a pair of earplugs when you came ... I do not recommend this hotel to anyoneExpensive & overpriced for what we got
Rooms, after we changed them to newer ones
1. Very friendly front desk 2. Clean room and bed 3. Very cheap compared to other hotels around the area 4. Good food place at the ground floor, 100 m from central station
1. The water leaked out from bathroom when taking a shower as the bathroom floor is higher than the rest 2. Old bed, old TV and old everything
Next room's noise was very loud. We could not sleep by midnight talking and television noise in the next room.
The location was very suitable for our purposes - right next to the Central station.
The hotel is kind of old, the doors wouldn't close firmly and one could hear noise from the corridors.
Location is good. Near metro stations. Staff was nice, helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good enough to start a day.
That is old building, needs a repair.

Just so so
The receptionist forgot to give back my ID card
Friendly staff Value for money Map provided
Electric Socket not functioning, poor wifi (cant even connect)
Elevator on the 2nd floor, It's bad for big baggage.
Mainly the attention of the staff regarding problems with my reservation. They were very helpful! Room was nice, bathroom also very spaceful. Bed comfortable.
Shower wasnt that good.
outstanding location shops nearby very close to railway station. great renovated modern bathroom very artistic room
very little storage especally for a 4 bed room.
Staff are very pleasant and helpful.
Acceptable for price paid.
Generally friendly and informative staff, close proximity to central station and metro - easy to get into the city
the room and the hotel are completely different from the picture on booking. I wonder how they have had the 3 stars evaluation. The lobby is nothing, at least 30 years old, the heating of the breakfast room is broken on the upper side and completely full of dust. So that you breathe really unsafe air. The Windows are broken, the furniture old and bad manteined. I'm surprised that Booking include such an hotel in their proposal. I'm Italian and I've never seen a worst hotel anywherelse in my Country. The staff at the reception in the morning didn't say Goodmorning nor took care of me for at least 10 minutes. It is a long time standing in front of someone that is supposed to take care of a guest. Unbelievable.
Easy to find the hotel from Milano Central by foot. Only 5 minutes walk and we already reach the hotel
At first I was concerned with its location. But it was extremely close to train and facilities inside were very nice.
Directions for television and more channel options. No coffee in room. Directions for shower. I had a real problem turning on the water. It could have been my exhaustive state.
Good value for money
Had a really nice time at Hotel Monopole, the staff was great, very polite and very helpful. The bed was amazing to sleep in, the hotel was always quiet and I really enjoyed my time there. The people working in the reception were also very helpful when it came to printing flight tickets, furthers bookings etc. I liked that it's not too fancy, not one of those hotels with too much service, people and noise. It was clean, simple, high quality and enjoyable. It's also right across the street from Centrale, which was practical. If I come back to Milan I will definitely book this hotel again.
There is nothing I didn't enjoy about this hotel.
This hotel is good to stay for a weekend, for leasure or business travelers. It very quiet. With a free WiFi. Also because it located in the best area in Milan, from there you can get easily to everywere you need. In the last month I was staying here few times. I tryed both type of rooms, economy and modern. Both variants are actually good.
It is nice hotel especially the superior rooms not the normal with very cooperative staff at recepation
Breakfast is on ordinary side Needs improvement
