Hotel Monopole has been recently remodelled, and its staff’s goal is providing a high quality of service and assist guests with their every need.
The hotel is strategically situated near the central train station, a major hub of public transportation in the commercial centre of Milan.

Several nearby metro stations, as well as an air terminal with regular buses to the airport allow guests to reach any part of the city in a short time. Private parking is available on premises at an additional cost.

Hotel Monopole offers free internet access: in public areas through wireless or using the hotel pc, in the superior rooms through lan or wireless connections, a conference room, a bar where guests may enjoy hot and cold drinks, and a breakfast room.

Great location, very close to central train station. Great breakfast. Staff very friendly. Excellent room. Quiet too. Free internet. I highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

the hotel is well situated. it's really accessible to all transportation and just walking distance to the central station.

tha bar is only open till 11:00 pm, and you can't buy drinks even to bring it to your room.

the location of the hotel was excellent

the breakfast is poor for those who like salt food. And they have to do something with the noisy of the next room, because we was hearding everything...

Location, location, Fast service, free Internet, also free wifi,free printing possibilities,

Not very well voice isolation between rooms. Breakfast does not include cafe and hot bacon,eggs etc. Yuo can buy them separate, but dislike that method.

The people was very good with us, very helpful and kind.They did everything so we have a nice time there. The room was also fantastic, clean and with excellent view to the river (as I requested on my booking).

One of my most pleasant stays ever in Italy. The staff were exceptionally courtious and helpful. Nothing was too much for them. In fact once I had checked out one of them ran after me to the train station to return my credit card that I had left on the counter. Location was ideal being right at a Metro station. We checked in after 22h30. The staff arranged a restaurant for us.
