Clean and comfortable room

The staff of the hotel is very arrogant and did not give any information, because they did not know it (negative aspect) or they did not want to do it (even worst). Specially, a lady with glasses was very bad-mannered

The room was clean but very small.

The personnel service at this hotel was appalling. The receptionist was rude and distant and basically just handed over my key without even looking at me or saying anything, I felt like I have disturbed him and intruded over his privacy or something. I have no idea why this hotel has 4 stars with services lower than 1 star. It seemed like a good deal when booking, good price for a 4 star hotel, the aftertaste was not so good.

price is really good for being a 4 star hotel..it's just beside the metro station and the hotel is very quiet.. the sweets are good :)

Very plaesant staff and helpfull with any problems or questions. Very clean room. Easy access to Metro and city centre

Mssing the restaurant in the hotel, but recomended by hotel staff a nice restaurant in walking distance

The metro stop is exactly at the door step of the hotel. Clean, good money to value ratio, very friendly staff.

The house keeping and the clean room. Breakfast is also good but I missed a warm option (eggs bacon etc)

Very noisy rooms. Snoring of neighbour very noticeable and also the whole building shakes whenever the underground trains run past. And during the day that's often! Receptionist who welcomed me was not very friendly, all other staff on the other hand was...

Variety of food for breakfast was really awesome! Three kinds of juices, coffee and tea in tea-bags. A number of meet products and cheeses, fresh fruits, baked goods etc. The hotel locates in fifteen steps from a metro. Really:)

A number of facilities like shampoos, towels or a shaving kit was really poor for four-star hotel

It is about 8 stops to the center.

The hotel was clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower was powerful, which was good.

There should have been more English satellite channels, including a movie channel and a music channel. For a 4 star hotel there should be a restaurant and room service meals. Our room was very large with 5 beds but it had a very small TV.

Abbiamo prenotato una camera per due persone ma la stanza era molto piccola e con un letto a una piazza e mezzo e non un matrimoniale, pur avendo prenotato una camera doppia, dunque, c'era solo un letto a una piazza e mezzo, dal che deduco fosse una singola ma data a due persone. Abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni in merito e ci hanno risposto "in promozione diamo solo questo tipo di camera". Non credo sia corretto dare una singola in luogo di una doppia solo perchè "in promozione". Sottolineo il fatto perchè viaggio spesso con voi ed ho sempre avuto ottimi riscontri
