Clean and comfortable room

The staff of the hotel is very arrogant and did not give any information, because they did not know it (negative aspect) or they did not want to do it (even worst). Specially, a lady with glasses was very bad-mannered

The metro station is just in front the hotel

Small rooms, some staff are not good welcoming, No fitness room, very small restaurant

the location is just next to the Metro, that's very convinient. and the price is good

It's very clean, delicately arranged. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Besides, the hotel is well located, right on the metro and bus lines. The stay was really pleasant.

Great value for the money. Right in front of the Metro station. About a 15min right to Duomo, the city center. Rooms were spacious, bathrooms as well. A very nice hotel and a great value for your money.

The man at the counter seemed a little annoyed with us after we asked him some questions after our arrival. Such as how to get the internet to work and the best way to get to the city center. He seemed as though he wasn't having a great day. Apart from that everything was fine.

Hotel exceeded our expectations! Hotel staff was friendly and provided us with all necessary information. The room was perfect! It was very clean, and pretty. The metro station is located at 1 minute walk from the hotel!

Small room, you can hear the train pass by, but not that loud.

It is +- 1 km away from one bus station of the expressp that comes from Malpensa Airport, so we did it on foot. It has a metro station just in the hotel's door, so it's really fast to get to the city center. They have bikes that people can rent for free.

Internet is paid (5€ for 24h).

Die Lage zum Fußballstadion ist ideal. Mit der Untergrundbahn (Metro) ist man in 15 Minuten im Stadtzentrum von Mailand.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist relativ bescheiden in der Auswahl, (Frühstück nur bis 09.30 Uhr).

Estive em Milão apenas pra assistir rum jogo do Inter no San Siro e só dormi uma noite na cidade. Não falo bem o inglês, mas em nenhum de nove hotéis em que estive em minha viagem à Europa isso foi problema. Muito pelo contrário, todas as equipes se mostraram gentis e solícitas em tentar nos entender e conseguimos nos comunicar muito bem. A exceção foi este hotel em Milão, em que o recepcionista mal humorado, diante de nossa dificuldade em compreender sua explicação em inglês sobre o funcionamento do wi-fi, se mostrou arrogante, impaciente e intolerante. Brasil e Itália têm idiomas familiares, mas nem isso foi aproveitado por esse senhor para tentar ser, no mínimo, mais educado. Somos clientes, pagamos pelo serviço. A obrigação do esforço em se comunicar bem e melhor atender é do hotel, não nossa. Mas a impressão que me foi passada é que o hotel estava nos fazendo um imenso favor em nos receber. Lamentável...
