Well the hotel was in a perfect location, about 20 meters from the metro station, which meant you could be in Duomo in 10 min. The hotel is a 15 min walk from San Siri stadium, which was great
The staff at the reception treated us like "low paying tourists", the young lady in particular was very rude, however the next day the treatment got better. The rooms they offered on booking.com were on the ground floor, the corridor was very smelly and the rooms were very noisy as you could hear a humming of a machine inside the room 24/7' plus when the metro train passed, it was very felt inside the room with the window glass vibrating. The bed linen was clean but the mattress underneath was very dirty. We paid 50 euros a night which was good considering we were there to see the game at the staduim then leave, but if you plan to stay more than 1 or 2 nights, I don't recommend this hotel.

At breakfast, the staff was really polite. Location was good to go to RHO Fierar Milano by Metro.
We had to pay a small amount for the Wi-Fi.
Very friendly staff, nice and clean rooms and the price is very reasonable for Milan. The location isn't too bad, around 15-20 minutes on the metro to Duomo.
I think the WiFi should be a free service, as it is in most of the hotels that I have stayed in.
Metro station just 50m away.
It is very convenient to get metro , just 30 meter from hotel Personnel at reception was very helpfull .
Internet is extra charge . Coffe was cold not fresh at breakfast.but they serviced espresso later )) Liquid soap was finished.
wifi is not free, parking is expensive
noise: the room was not soundproof
Very close to MiCo - Milano Congressi (takes ~8 min by foot) Metro station is next to Hotel door Bicycle is for free Pleasant service
Maybe it's not popular among tourists, but there were only 2 bikes available I missed shampoo in the bathroom (there was just shower gel and body lotion) Shower-head was calcified 9 euros for breakfast - too high price for such a small selection of food Internet is paid - something ancient for this age. And also you can use just one device at the same time Minibar shouldn't be additionally paid in 4 star hotel (so here it's paid)
Good access to subway and bus Clean rooms
Location away from amenities No help with bags Rude staff with selectively poor English Included breakfast was charged for even though advertised as part of room cost Pricing for direct airport shuttle increased dramatically each from time of check-in to check-out Advertised as 4 star but barely rates 3 stars
Elevator was out of order.
Clean, comfortable room
Need to pay for Wifi/Internet. One set of towels for first night in a 2-person room. Located in the middle of nowhere. Metro to the centre takes about 30mins. Walls are so thin that you can hear everything in adjacent rooms, the hallway and from the street outside. Slimy and rude manager tried to charge us for having visitors over. Be careful of unwritten hotel rules.
polite staff, quick checkin and checkout. overall experience above the money spent for the stay.
room imho a bit cold, no possibility to turn on the AC, (but my fault was i did not called the reception about that, i was very tired), some ppl can hear the subway passing under the area (i've realized that in the morning)
Clean rooms Friendly staff Contrary to previous ratings coffee and fresh orange juice were free and also storage of luggage was free Very close to the subway Quiet, little traffic noise
Small room Room smelled of smoke, but after complaining I got another room Sounds from adjacent rooms
friendly staff at reception
very, very small room, older building, for Internet you need to purchase coupons, very expensive for the quality of the place
Close to subway. Close to San Siro. Nice room.
No free Wi-Fi. Slightly expensive.
Convenient location, cheap.
Old interiors, small room.
