The location is 10 meters from subway exit. It was very helpful in rainy days. San Siro is near, for football fans

When I checked out, staff somehow included a breakfast into my check, despite my booking was without it.

One of the staff members was rather rude, and initially wanted to take in our passports. Checking out time at 11am proved to be rather early.

The metro line is under the hotel, you can hear it every 2-3 minutes. Placement of the tv set, can only be seen from the bed, but it is not directed towards the bed

The fantastic staff

We were supposed to get an apartment. Left with a minute unprepared 2 bed room only big enough for a double bed. After complaining next day we were transferred to a larger double room. We would have made other arrangements had we known sooner. Felt totally let down by the hotel and Booking.com

Shower stall was too small. No space for maneuvering. A little noise from the subway.

I liked: - location; - staff; - cleanness of the room.

I didn't like: - the room was on the third floor with the only window on the ceiling and the elevator reaching only to the second floor /not for handicapped people, if the reader is such/ ; - the room lacked space /which I kind of expect of a 4 star hotel; - a shampoo maybe is also natural to expect.

The hotel is very close to Metro Lotto station .You can plan for shopping in the city and come back lately at night by just few steps walking from Metro to reach the hotel. The room is nice ,the decoration is beautiful inside the room. The air con is fresh as well .I was pleased to stay there.

E' situato subito vicino alla stazione della Metro Lotto Fiera

Lo staff è scortese, l'albergo poco pulito, la colazione scarsissima e la caffetteria viene fatta pagare a parte. E' un 4 stelle con 7 canali nazionali e neanche il digitale terrestre.

La camera disponibile solo a partire dalle 18 ha creato molti problemi logistici. La luce in camera, al nostro rientro a notte fonda, non funzionava perchè la card per entrare in stanza non faceva contatto. Dopo mezzora un adetto è riuscito a farla funzionare. Chiaramente al mattino non funzionava di nuovo e non siamo nemmeno risciti ad utilizzare il bagno prima di ripartire perchè era tutto buio. Alla reception sono solo riusciti a dire "segnaleremo la cosa". L'acqua dal frigobar fatta pagare 3 euro quando sul menù c'era scritto 2.50. La doccia con vasca da bagno raggiungibile solo da esperti alpinisti per scavalcare il bordo altissimo. Il signore davanti a me alla reception si lamentava del caldo insopportabile nella sua stanza: noi abbiamo dormito con le finestre aperte e faceva lo stesso caldissimo: impossibile regolare la temperatura. Colazione ricchissima di ogni cosa, tranne di brioches!!! Il tutto alla modica cifra di 240 euro per una notte.

Non ho apprezzato per nulla parte dello staff della reception, decisamente scortese e indisponente
