The staff was friendly and the location was excelllent. We liked the breakfast too. There were some things that shocked me actually. For example the matress of our double bed was very hard! I just couldn' t believe it! Also the bathroom smelled terribly. Another thing was that we could hear nearly evertyhing from the upper rooms, apart from walking the water flushing seemed to run over our heads! |

The location of the hotel was not bad Lift was too small (just enough space for 1 person with a luggage). Our room for 3 persons on the 5th floor had a strange smell; we had to keep a balcony door opened. The only thing that a girl on the reception tried to offer us every possible time was a pick up service from/to airport for 60 euro (which in reality is 40 euro). |

as a tourist i appreciated 2 main points of this hotel: the price - it is really fair - and the location: it is in a 15 minute walk from the station, so it's not very far and at the same time it is far enough to feel secure walking in the street late in the evening. The saff is very friendly and helpful. i'd chose the hotel again if ever come to rome. what was not very good is the shower: you have to wait for some time before hot water appears. and we'd have prefered the bedclothes to be changed more often, whereas what was good is that the towels were changed every other day. |

The location was great... Walking distance to many attractions and the Metro, yet away from the business of the city. |

Very close to places to see, within walking distance. Good price for a hotel in Rome being close to everything. It is a bit of a walk from the train station. Very tiny lift (common in most hotels we went in other cities). Room also small but sufficient. |

central location, relatively cheap 1) The room was reasonably clean, bathroom and and bedroom has a bit of slight smell to them though. The bathroom had no window, the bedroom had only a small (60x20cm) window above the bed, which opened only a bit, but then the airconditioning was just mounted on the outside of that window so I kept it closed as it was too noisy. The main ventilation for the bed- and bathrooms only come from the small wall-mounted samsung airconditioning inside and two small windows that are located in a chute going up from the ceiling, a kind of small ceiling skylight. Basically, there was not much air coming into the room, that's why there was a strange smell all the time (a bit of mould at the top of the skylight cute and in the shower). Apart from that smell, my stay in the room was poor as you absolutely have to use artificial light, whether it's night or day. The room was small as well and, though I am not claustrophobic, I did not feel happy at all. 2) The breakfast was just marginally ok, dry croissants and bakery, warm milk, jogurts, coffee if you ask for it. No 'good morning' or anything from staff. I felt that staff would think of me more as a burden than as a guest. Conclusion: If you get offered a room on the ground floor (mine was called Romolo), I would refuse to take it and rather look for something else. I only spent two days there due to business in Rome, but for holiday this is not the place to go! |

Location is very close to Cavour Metro Station and within walking distance of great food and tourism sites. The bathroom was mouldy on the wall tiles and there was a constant smell from the drain. |

The staff were extraordinary nice and helpful. There was too small space at the reception. It would also be nice with a lobby where you could relax with friends and a cup of coffee. |

The B&B is located right in the centre of Rome, which of course is very nice. Our room (room Caracalla) was across the street and was very quiet. Breakfast was ok, but coffee wasn't as good as usually in Rome/Italy... Staff was friendly. The room was very basic. There was only 1 window at the very end of the long narrow room, so it was kind of like being in a box. |

It was very central and yet quiet. It's a very convenient place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and allowed us to leave our bags at Reception the next day. The room was a little basic, but no complaints. The breakfast was a large buffet, with lots of cakes/pastries, but everything was sweet, with no savoury food. These are minor points however. |

Great location, 5-10 mins walk from Colosseo, close to the Metro. Rooms are clean and just renovated, bathrooms are also very clean with good showers. Breakfast is complete and generally very satisfactory. Price/quality definitly a good deal |
