Location, friendliness

Eleonora was so helpful and nice, a real welcome in the magic city Rome. I will definitley stay next time in Anfiteatro Flavio, thank you!

Location is the best thing that hotel has.. Room was clean n comfortable.. Staff was really helpful n friendly

Great location and value for money

The room was very nice and spacious, as well as very clean and comfy.

The hotel requires that you return your key to the front desk every time you leave, which can be quite a hassle sometimes.

The shower was ridiculously small. Bathroom also very small. Not much room in the room to put your luggage or packs. The cupboard next to my bed smelt awful like old wet shoes.

Tutto perfetto. Struttura non bellissima, un pò vecchiotta anche nell'arredamento delle stanze, ma dotata di tutti i comfort e molto silenziosa anche se in pieno centro di Roma e situata in una strada piena di bar, ristoranti etc. Farmacia a 5 metri e centro storico a portata di mano.

Nessuna lamentela, useremo di nuovo la struttura.

The only complaint I have is that the shower cubicle in my room - I think it was Gaius - was very difficult to get into - and I am not a fat person.

The location of this hotel is the best thing about it - a very short walk to the ancient Roman sites: Colosseum, fora and palatine, and close to the central shopping areas and train station. The receptionists were helpful and gave us lots of advice on places to see etc. The room was very comfortable and the air con was really quiet.

While noise from the street was not a problem at all, thanks to the double glazing and shutters, noise inside the hotel was. The marble staircase means the sound echoes badly, and we were regularly woken up by other guests banging doors and shouting in the stairwell at night. The cleaning staff come round the rooms quite late - around midday or 1pm. As we came back from lunchtime until 4pm to escape the heat, our room wasn't cleaned for several days.

Bad room and bathroom

Clean hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast, wifi and aircon in rooms and PERFECT location (only 5minutes walk from Colliseum).

Great location. Very good interior of the room and comfortable beds. Rooms have a mini-bar full with drinks (that you would have to pay for). The rooms are equipped with large cabinets. From the window you can see a typical Roman street popular between locals. Colosseum is very near. If you want to explore Rome for a short time period, this is the perfect hotel. You can use metro or bus, but if you like to walk, you can come to all important places by walking from this hotel.

Very poor exterior of the hotel, it does not look like a hotel at all. Reception is small and they are serving breakfast in the reception and yard nearby. Wi-Fi signal is bad in rooms. Room isolation is very bad, you can hear everything from the neighbor room. Showers are small without stands.

Good price, clean rooms and excellent location. Breakfast was good.

The staff was not service minded

Location is good. Many places to eat around. Quadruple room.

Terrible breakfast, do not belive other comments, better to take only the room there are many options for breakfast on a 100m radius. Reception staff is rough. No insonorization so take earplugs if you want to sleep. Breakfast is too early clearly intended for you to miss.

La ubicación es excelente....se puede ir a todos lados caminando...la habitación esta muy bien,tiene un buen tamaño,muchos enchufes y todo funciona bien.el desayuno es norma-lito,tampoco hay que viajar solo para comer....

el colchón infelizmente era demasiado duro y yo me desperté mas cansada do que he ido dormir,pero en total el hotel esta muy bien....lo recomiendo.

Sehr nettes Personal, die Lage unweit des Colosseum ist wunderbar. Obwohl das Viertel in der Nacht sehr lebendig ist, war jedenfalls unser Zimmer in den Innenhof sehr ruhig.

La situation géographique de l'hôtel est parfaite. A proximité du métro, des monuments. Quartier très vivant et animé avec nombreux restos et bars

Hôtel certes rénové mais les prestations n'ont pas suivies. Notre chambre était de taille correcte mais de propreté douteuse (nombreux cheveux au sol et même sur la couverture!). Petit déjeuner médiocre avec cheveux (encore) dans les tasses a the! Pain rassis, croissants secs... Bref, pas très satisfaisant pour le prix paye.
