Excellent staff. Very polite & helpful. Great location next to the Railway station. Not a fantastic spread but very acceptable breakfast. Extremely clean room & bathroom. Wifi works well. Overall extremely room & good value for money

The breakfast could be better but you can just walk a bit and find a nice place in the city where you can have the breakfast. Not a problem for me but the rooms are located in the upper floors. for the first floor we have a lift, for the other two floors we have to take the lift up to the first floor and then walk along a corridor, almost a maze, with many turns and then use the stairs... not easy if you have lugage or mobility problems.

Very nice location for those who travel by train, friendly and supportive staff, very clean, budget friendly, lots of bars and cafes in the area, can deffinetly recommend this hotel.

Very clean, large room for a family. The staff was friendly and the location is great, very near to everything. You do need to climb stairs to get to the family room, but we didn't mind.

we stayed 2 nights. it was clsoe to SM Novellla station. the wifi is free. they also provided hot water for us. the night personel was friendly even he did not know speak english we can communicate by simple words. overall it was great

the room was a bit small for 2 persons w had hardly can move in our room with lugagges in it.

Room has nice amenities, international TV program. Hotel has nice sport/exercise facility.

The location is perfect. Huge room with big double bed for just 35 euro is terrific.

It was a bit cold in the room. The shower in the bathroom does not have a frame so you get all the bathroom floor flooded after you took shower.

really nice staff, pretty nice room (like a small apartment for two), cosy and comfy, the location is really good when you're coming as a tourist: litterally right next to the train station, and very close to Florence's monuments (we did everything by foot without tiring ourselves)

The room is a bit small. There is no elevator to the second and third floor.

The staff were very friendly and went to every length to accommodate our every need. Everything was great value. Their menu and discount arrangement with the restaurant next door is a winner.

We have no negative comments.

-Staffs and service are nice. -our room is comfortable -hotel is very close to the train station,with only 5 mins walk -location is close to the shopping spots,museum,etc.

- the elevator can only get to the first floor, if your room is on 2nd or 3 rd floor, you have to climb the stairs.

Location was fantastic. Lovely young lady at the reception desk. It was a charming hotel.

The stairs to floor 2 were fine for us but perhaps not suitable for older travellers.

Awesome location. Close to the train station, 4 minute walk. Very nice and clean, good sized room. Lift goes to first floor and then stairs up which was fine. We didn't have breakfast there so don't know about ther. Leather market within 20 minutes walk. Nice modern fresh tidy hotel

Very near to the Santa Maria Novella station, with a nice friendly staff always there to help you.

The location is good. near by to the railway station and very close to city center. Duomo can be easiy reached by walking.

The lift is reaches only to the first floor. 2nd and so on is reached by steps.

Close to train station, only 10mins or less. Hotel staffs were polite and professional, always with a smile. The room was big. Wifi signal was strong (super plus).

Elevator until 1st level only. If you get the 3rd level like we did, be prepared to carry your luggages up. Room was cold at night. Will be good to have a toiletries holder in the shower area.
