Good location. Close to trainstation and sightseeing. Narrow hallways and stairs to climb to get to 2nd floor where room was located. Difficult to manufer when you have luggage. Bathroom was rather small. Sink was miniature. When washing your face most of water ended up on the floor. Overall okay though for just one night's stay. |

We fell in love with Nadia.at the hotel Elite. She was the best manager we have ever met. She made our holiday memorable and she kept the place spotless. We called the hotel Montreal when Nadia was off duty, for the air conditioner controller. The guy at the desk said "tomorrow"then he hung up.I walked over there and he had it under the desk in reception. He was taking a new guest over to the hotel Elite and I walked back behind him..He shut both doors on me as we entered the hotel Elite, knowing that I was there. |

It's very central and close to the different stations, attractions and shops. Smell of gas in our room because our room was next to a gasboil and smell in the hall. |

Staff was very friendly and location is great. We spent two nights there and no problems. The only small issue is that the shower drain was very slow, so we had to take short showers. Other than thatm it's a great deal for the price. |

The location of the hotel was even better than we thought and the staff gave us a hand in any kind of trouble. They told us where to shop or dine and they were a big help during our short stay in Milan. Another positive surprice was the breakfest and especially the great cappuccino they made! The building site under our window caused some noise. |

The staff is very helpful, the place is clean, the room spacious - not all though - and the value for money unbeatable. It's extremely well located |

Everything was ok. Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, cleaned rooms and location near the historic centre. Plenty of restaurants close. Todo bien. Personal amable, buen desayuno, limpio y situación cercana al centro. Muchos restaurantes cerca. Nothing. Nada todo bien. |

If you live in dependence - nobody can call you after 3PM, you will have 0.6 metre wide bad, toilet on the other floor, no elevator, very inconvenient stairs and no staff in the evening. We had to move to another hotel |

The location was very strategic, the room was clean and comfortable, the price of the room is fair enough. It was a bit noisy. |

Everything is good, staff is friendly. Plus, the restaurant La Grotta di Leo next to the hotel provides a superb 10 Euro menu. |

Excellent service, location and comfort. I stayed in both the Hotel Montreal and Elite and found both to be of high standard compared to many others in the same price range in several european countries. |
