Hotel Montreal  

The hotel is very nice.. it's close to the train station and there are good options for shopping and eating around. People in the reception are very kind and polite..

Not really.. For the price it's good but I just think they could put fruits and fresh cheese in the breakfast..

I recommend price/quality of this hotel. Most of all, the afternoon lady is very charming and helpfull to give info on the city!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent since it was close to the main attractions in Florence. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The price was very good.

Location was GREAT, just around the corner and down a block from the train station, not far from things to see Santa Maria Novella, the Duomo, the Uffizi, etc. We walked everywhere! Two doors down was a very good restaurant with reasonable prices,, La Groto di Leo. We ate there several times, and saw locals from the train station and different local sport teams eating there. Price was unbelievably low; room was adequate and comfortable. Bathroom was one of the largest we had during two weeks in Italy. Staff was very friendly.

The buffet breakfast offered at an additional charge didn't look very tempting; we passed and grabbed breakfast at various cafes (caffes) on our way to the day's activities and sights.

Smart, cozy and tidy hotel. Elevator to the first floor. Very friendly personnel. Nice location. Electrical towels heating that is excellent in case of the bad weather. Air conditioning with heating mode.

Little room and bathroom, standard poor European breakfast but with excellent coffee.

Close to train and bus station. Good restaurant next door and cafe up the road to go to for breakfast.

The wifi didnt work - no apologies. Lift only goes to first floor - long walk to 2nd and 3rd floors. Bed like a rock and pillows like bricks. You can do better.

24 hours !!! Very convenient! Really really near to the station, just around the corner! Nice staff, clean room, confortable stay!

A bit cold during the night but no problem

Great location & friendly staff

Very clean and comfortable room. It was big enough, we had our own bathroom, and we even had an extra bed. Very close to the train station and to Santa Maria Novella and other city attractions. Staff was very very very helpful, friendly and spoke good English. Would defiantly recommend.

Hotel has lift only to the first floor. We were in the 3rd floor so we had to travel 2 flights of stairs every day, even with luggage. Breakfast was not included in the booking, and we had to pay an extra 5 euros each for breakfast, which included very little to choose from, but was still worth the money.

Good service, knowledge of English and French by receptionist, good location both as to historical center and reailway station. There is no need for taxi.
