Hotel Montreal  

Very clean and comfortable room. It was big enough, we had our own bathroom, and we even had an extra bed. Very close to the train station and to Santa Maria Novella and other city attractions. Staff was very very very helpful, friendly and spoke good English. Would defiantly recommend.

Hotel has lift only to the first floor. We were in the 3rd floor so we had to travel 2 flights of stairs every day, even with luggage. Breakfast was not included in the booking, and we had to pay an extra 5 euros each for breakfast, which included very little to choose from, but was still worth the money.

Breakfast is not included in the price of the room, very bad access to the Internet from the lobby and the room.

good location -really close to the station and good for the budget. clean and cozy. upgrade the room(no toilet->with toilet)

first night I saw a rall of hair in my towel. they changed it and it never happen agian. and I can't use wifi during 3 days. they said it's out of order. (so I ask the timetable of train, reception guy find it.) my room was in front of the elevator, it makes little noisy.

Close to train and bus station. Good restaurant next door and cafe up the road to go to for breakfast.

The wifi didnt work - no apologies. Lift only goes to first floor - long walk to 2nd and 3rd floors. Bed like a rock and pillows like bricks. You can do better.

24 hours !!! Very convenient! Really really near to the station, just around the corner! Nice staff, clean room, confortable stay!

Very friendly, helpful staff. The locations was handy for travelers for walking around the city and to train and bus station. Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. They gave us good directions to sites and helped make reservations for museums.

The beds were too hard.

Location is excellent, it is 3-5min to walk to and for smn station. It is extremely suitable for those who only want to have short stay. Staff are excellent and helpful. We booked 3rd floor and staff tried to fulfil our wish for not carrying heavy luggage to 3rd floor by changing to 1st floor room with lift-landing. We were really pleased about such arrangement.

2Nd and 3rd floor are not lift-landing.

I have very good feelings after my staying in Hotel Montreal. Reasons: 1) very nice staff, friendly, ready to help and give good advise, 2) perfect location. My choice of this hotel was determined by the location of the conference. It was very good surprise about great location - cross road of the railway station. It means that without any problems was possible to travel, to use public transport, to enjoy different places of interest, to visit restaurant and cafes...without thinking how to return??? When I will get my hotel???..., 3) nice rooms with all necessary things. For me was very useful to have a table in my room which I could use like a working place with comfort, 4) good cleaned every day, 5) good breakfast :), 6) reasonable price
