For reservations of more than 6 nights the Hotel Morgana requires a 30% deposit at the moment of the reservation (50% deposit for reservations of more than 10 nights); the reservation will be confirmed upon deposit receipt.

Please be aware that for reservations of 5 or more rooms, full pre-payment is required and the standard cancellation policy will not apply. Hotel Morgana will send the client a booking agreement with the new cancellation policy and pre-payment conditions.

All reservations have to be guaranteed with a credit card held by the guest. If the credit card used to guarantee the reservation is held by a different person the reservation will be not accepted and the Hotel will require a cancellation notification.

The hotel is not in the most beautiful of areas, but very convenient if
wanting to take advantage of the train, metro, buses or trams. We stayed
in the annex and the room was exquisite, much more than I had expected!

If I had to pick something negative, the hotel lobby is on the shabby
side compared to the rooms.

The room was fantastic. We had a Master Room with high ceiling and lots of moulded plaster. The bathroom was large with both fluffy white towles and crisp ironed linen towels. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. And te cleaning staff were meticulous. The bed was firm and very large. And there was a huge flat screen TV with many channels, though only one in English.

It is on a noisy street but that is because it is close to everything and handy to the train and subway at Termini Station. The Youth Hostel is also just down the street.

Nothing. Thank goodness we were departing early the next morning.

1.The a/c in the room did not work and both the night manager and morning manager could not figure it out. The temp stayed at 28c without change. We had two rooms and the 'single' room was very comfortable with a/c. Unfortunately 3 ppl could not be accomodated in the single room.

The staff was rather high-headed, here was the longest check-in we ever had. The breakfast was poor compared to even two-star hotels. Although the city center was close, we didn't like the district next the the Termini station.

The location is very good near the train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lastly, there was parking at a large facility nearby for 14 euros/day. All of this was great for Rome.

Hotel was in a great location, free internet, Staff were very helpful, rooms were cleaned every day, new towels etc.

Breakfast wasnt great, i like a lot of foods but breakfast seemed a bit basic and boring, same food everyday. air con wasnt the best either, they had no irons in the hotel, so i would iron before going away, still alround good hotel

It was very close to Termini Station from where you can reach all places in Rome.
