Hotel was in a great location, free internet, Staff were very helpful, rooms were cleaned every day, new towels etc. Breakfast wasnt great, i like a lot of foods but breakfast seemed a bit basic and boring, same food everyday. air con wasnt the best either, they had no irons in the hotel, so i would iron before going away, still alround good hotel |

It was very close to Termini Station from where you can reach all places in Rome. The room and the bathroom were so smalls. |

nothing the rooms advertised on the web looks nothing like what you get the reception are rude and unhelpful,they messed up my booking and informed my wife we could only stay two days ,the room was so small and not clean,i twas my wedding anniversay and asked them to arranged for flowers this was ingored,we had to check out after two days and then again were rude saying i had checked in for four days ,having informed my wife we could only stay for two days ,we checked |

proximity to station. the breakfast was terrible- no eggs- no nothing. limited choice- only 1 juice, coffee, no meat, croissant, and limited cereal. terrible. I am surprised it is called a 4 star. it is 2 and a half star. the room was so small and dingy, i dont know how i got my suitcase in. The only window looked nowhere. Staff was helpful though. Free wireless intermet was a plus. |

massimo the main man at the desk the small lift for 3 very thin people and it dident work all the time correctly it would just go past the middle floor with out stoping .the breakfast was ok when u could get a seat we had to eat down the road because there was a que of 12 people and for the hell of me i coulded understand why they dident have a coffee urn there for self service this poor girl had to keep leaving the room to get |

The hotel is very pretty and located conveniently near the Stazione Termini. It is close to grocery stores and right up the street from S. Maria Maggiore. The rooms were spacious and elegantly furnished. There is no public internet; you must bring your own laptop and have it installed into the hotel's wireless internet system. Great buffet breakfast. The rates are a little too high. |

close to the station they say that internet is available in every room but we we only able to catch it in the lobby. the staff! they were so haughty and unfriendly. i didn't have any fight or anything similar with them but i didn't feel welcome. we had the feeling that we were just another bunch of awful tourists. |
