Близость к центру. Отель находиться в китайском квартале, лобби закрывается на замок, войти в отель без звонка не возможно. Машину припарковать негде. В начале нам дали номер с окнами на улицу, там было очень шумно, потом меняли во двор. В новом номере пахло канализацией, столовой и постоянно что-то гудело. В номерах такое ощущение, что никогда не убирались. |

Удобное расположение в городе. Необходимо кардинально изменить систему завтрака в отеле: ассотимент убогий, обслуживание медленное (например ч/ложку приходится выпрашивать и ждать 5-10 мин), хотя суеты персонала много. |

хороший тихий номер. но: (1) поселили в соседнее здание. чтобы войти в здание в вечернее время и в выходные дни, надо чтобы тебя сопроводил персонал из основного корпуса. это неудобно. (2) при бронировании на моем счету два раза зарезервировали сумму за проживание, а при выселении такую же сумму списали. зарезервированную сумму вернут на мой счет лиш через месяц. внятного обьяснения от сотрудников |

It was close to the train station and room, staff etc was good. Also great coffees just 3 doors down in a local cafe. Due to the proximity to the train station after 6pm the area around the hotel gets pretty bad, lots of shady characters hanging around. Though hotel itself is good. |

The location was excellent as Termini stn and also all other sightseeing places except Vatican within walking distances. The rooms were ok and beds comfortable. |

Excellent breakfast was provided every morning. Very convieniently located to Rome's transport hub, and also to very reasonable good quality restaurants. No, it was fine. |

The Hotel Morgana is conveniently located near the main train terminal. However if you are travelling with another couple..taxi from the airport to the centre of Rome is the same as four train fares. This hotel is not a four star hotel. Our room was old and very small - the bathroom was tiny and there was a drain smell. Disappointing I'm sure there are better options in this area. |

Nowadays they charge for the use of internet. For a 4* hotel this should be included (as it was before). |

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Morgana Hotel, staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location was very handy for all transport means and the breakfast was delicious every morning. Have to say I found nothing wrong with this hotel, it definitely added hugely to the enjoyment of my holiday in Rome. |

good breakfast, beds and bathroom are clean. good location, right by Rome termini.restaurants are easy to find nearby. tiny room. find it hard to sleep with window open( there are accordion players playing romantic music for dinners outside the restaurants).took long time to check in. |

Close to trains, good location and handy if arriving in Rome by train. Being close to Metro makes for easy access to the major sites including the Vatican. The neighborhood can be noisy at night and the streets around it are dirty. The waiters at the restaurants on the street are annoyingly aggressive about getting you to eat there mediocre food. |

Great location near main train station and hop-on hop-off bus route. You need to climb stairs to get to the lifts - not so clever! |

Accomodated in annexe 150 yds from hotel.Needed to be let in and out by staff.Only benefit was room was nice but everything else poor. accomodated in annexe. no service. no minibar. poor arrangement.never again! Did not feelpart of a hotel for our last 2 nights in Europe. |

There is a clock room Everything is old and there are no facilities. The minibar was empty and unplugged. The tv was old and broken. The room was dim from old fainted paint and the wallpaper was as old as the hotel. |
