breakfast service the rooms were not to a good standard very disappointed there were holes in the celling and the cupboards did not close. There was a stale smell only stayed one night and would not go back or recommend. |

Nice, clean hotel in a very convenient location. The internet connection was not working and although I mentioned the problem the staff did seem to care much. |

The location of the hotel - just a few paces away from the Central Termini Station and bus stop! (1) The absence of Tea/Coffee making facilities; (2) The room air-conditioning did not work satisfactorily; (3) our rooms were next to a residential complex therefore, very noisy. |
