It was very convenient for me, because it was at close distance from my mother's home. She is 97 years old, and the purpose of my trip to Milan was to visit her. No. Everything OK. |

I liked hotel services as taxi waiting was only 5 minutes after calling !!! Good location for staying in calm city place !!! Delicious breakfast !!! |

The Hotel is a bit far out from the main shopping area. We had to walk 20 mins to get into the main shopping area. |

Local restaurants around the hotel Breakfast - terrible, very poor quality of food. Limited number of goods on breakfast, terrible quality of drinks as coffee and juices. The hotel is worth 2* never 4*. I'm really supprised how the hotel earn 4*..... |

The breakfast. I was not that impressed. It was certainly not four star, and I found some of the facilities lacking. No internet, power plugs that didn't work, broken shower door, dripping shower all night long. I would not recommend this to anyone booking it on the basis of its star rating. |

after complaining about the mildew reception staff was freiendly and gave me a dif´ferent room. They helped moving bags and stuff. then it was okay. there was mildew at the wall in the sleeping room and as well wet areas on the ceiling in the bathroom. This was disgusting. |

The staff could speak english.. Achtung, achtung!!!!! Location very bad, it really worths to pay some eur more and go to a better hotel. You will save money (taxi...) and time by doing so. The hotel is definitely not a 4 stars. It hardly qualifies to be a 3 stars hotel. I would rather say that it a good 2 stars hotel. Very small rooms and awful bathroom with a lot of rust! Furthermore, the hotel had some "strange" clients that looked familiar with it. |

The breakfast spread was great. There was a large variety of breakfast foods and drinks. The walls were too thin and the water kept running in the pipes all night long. |

Pleasant relaxing atmosphere, reception staff very helpful, easy walking distance to start of tourist attractions. Or simple taxi ride. Bar prices a little expensive, but lovely relaxing lounge area. |

The hotel was very clean and the rooms very comfortable with excellant facilities. The staff were always friendly and made you feel welcome. The location of the hotel was ideal for a city trip with all places to visit within walking distance. |

The staff were excellent and very helpful, from reception to the maids to the breakfast staff. Brilliant. The hotel decor is old and outdated. Our double bed was twin beds pushed together. Overall, not what we expected from a 4 star hotel. For the cost we would expected the WiFi to at least be free. |
