Hotel was nice and tidy, and class of the hotel was what was promised. Location was also quite good, central but tranquil. Quite far away form closest metro station. |

Staff at hotel were extremly helpful. Easy to get into city cente and milano centrale train station. Breakfast and rooms very great. |

Good breakfast and clean room. Staff speaks english. There are some bars around the hotel but it is a quit location. Walking distance from city centre but not when you spend all day walking around already.. Not easy to find with public transport. We took a taxi to get there. Later we found out that there is a tram going there (no 14 to duomo) On the website they mention tram 33 but that is not correct.. |

Friendly staff We asked for a non smoking room and were allocated a smoking room, but as we arrived late and had unpacked before we realised the mistake we decided to stick with it for the remaining two nights. The breakfast was good, but if you arrived towards the end of the session a lotof the buffet items had gone and were not replaced. |

Just a basic Hotel near Milano's fair. Nothing at all to stand out from the others. Hotel's recepcionists really dull, snob and very unhelpfull. We were in two in the room, and they couldn't give us 2 keys. It started raining, they gave another guest an umbrella, but when I asked for it, they said there was none. |

breakfast was good. there is no restuarant in the hotel. No facilities for babies. No microwave to heat baby food. the pictures of the hotel are much nicer than real. It is not a family hotel. |

Hotel was situated in a pleasant residential area with bars and restaurants near. It was within 20 mins walk of the city centre. Staff at reception were very helpful. The room was clean and breakfast good. |

Well trained and service minded staff both in the lobby and breakfastroom. Great breakfast. Seven minutes ride by tram will take you to Via Dante and the Dome next to the spectacular galleria. 10-12 stairs to get into the hotell. Tricky if you arrive late with kids. At daytime there is a bellboy available. |

reception staff friendly my mother had a nasty fall due to an uneven and unmarked step between the bathroom and her bedroom. this spoilt her holiday; it was reported to the hotel who took no action for the three days we stayed there.they did not acknowledge our complaint. the hotel is very far from any metro and it takes up to an hour to walk to the main attractions. |

Beautiful decor, large suite, good location for the Fiera/Conference district, great buffet breakfast. Porter very friendly and helpful, some reception staff cool/aloof, esp when informed of leaks. Air conditioners (3) all leaked onto carpet, floor not vacuumed, no outside line for phone, couldn't call home. Was told to use public phone down street. |

We had booked a suite on 4th floor for 2 adults & 2 children of 8 and 4 years. Some water on carpet leaking from heating but room very nice, not too hot. Reception staff very friendly. Practical playground in front of hotel. Quiet neighborhood, restaurants nearby, lunch menu very good but expensive in evening. 10min walk to tram (lines 12-14), then direct to Duomo 15-20min. Buffet breakfast good but no refill provided so better eat before 9.00 for more choice. |
