Pleasant relaxing atmosphere, reception staff very helpful, easy walking distance to start of tourist attractions. Or simple taxi ride. Bar prices a little expensive, but lovely relaxing lounge area. |

The hotel was very clean and the rooms very comfortable with excellant facilities. The staff were always friendly and made you feel welcome. The location of the hotel was ideal for a city trip with all places to visit within walking distance. |

The staff were excellent and very helpful, from reception to the maids to the breakfast staff. Brilliant. The hotel decor is old and outdated. Our double bed was twin beds pushed together. Overall, not what we expected from a 4 star hotel. For the cost we would expected the WiFi to at least be free. |

I liked that part of the town, there was several good resturant. You are lying about four stars, it was a two star hotel with airconditioning. When you see the four staars on your website and look at the pictures, it will be a big disapointment. |

The double room is neat and tidy, furnished to my liking - the curtain, the feature wall and the bed. The bathroom has shiny tiles and nice colour. The reception is beautifully designed. The Staffs are very helpful and friendly. The hotel should provide (in the room) kettle for boiling water, coffee/tea sachets, sugar, creamer for guests like other hotels. The hotel should not charge mineral water, should give guests daily complimentary mineral water like other hotels. |

Very good position, it is not true that far away from transport as some reviewers pointed out, there are three tram lines close to the hotel (200 m), number 2, 7 and 29/30. Number 2 goes directly to the center (duomo, 15 min), number 7 goes to zara station where you can change for metro to get to the railway station. Stuff was very friendly, rooms clean, one of the best beds we ever slept in a hotel (wide and good mattress), good breakfast (however we do not recommend to take juice). |

Pleasant stay. Staff helpful. Not having the option to purchase a meal in the evening. landed on a weekend and had to walk far to purchase a meal as everywhere was closed. Wish I was advised in advance. Breakfast could have included something hot such as egg. More variety of fruits would have been appreciated! |

Very helpful staff, really good breakfasts, convenient location, nice lobby and bar, air conditioning worked well, excellent and reasonably priced restaurants within easy walking distance. Triple room wasa very good as gave separate room space for the third bed giving our son his "own room". Bathroom fitments were odd - things sticking out of the wall and the shower tray filled up with water. |

helpful staff, close to the Fiera Milano, peaceful the air conditioning wasn't good. The weather was hot and humid, as a scandinavian iwe prefer cooler rooms. |
