The parking, and also the breakfast was O.K. It was too cold in the whole hotel.for dinner in the evening we were frozen in the restaurant. And in the morning for breakfast all the doors were open in order that it was very cold too. |

We only stayed one night as we were on the way to Malpensa, so we had no chance to get to know all the hotel had to offer. However what we did see looked well done and good value for money. It is difficult to find - satnav was essential. |

We really enjoyed to stay at this very nice family operated hotel in the mountains not far away from Cinque Terre coast during our 2-weeks vacation. The big room # 3 with air condition, satellite TV and large bathroom can be recommended for 3 persons. Some week to week variations at breakfast buffet would have been appreciated. |

The staff at the reception desk was very kind, helpful, and anxious to please. The hotel is located at 100m from the sea where you can have a little rest at the end of your day visiting around. |

The area was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was good, we ate at the hotel restuarant both nights and the food was good. Free parking. We stayed there to walk the cinque Terra, you need a car to drive to the station in La Spezia to start the walk. Our room for europe standards was large and we had a bathtub in a large bathroom. |

Hotel too far out-side city La Spezia. Not a nice place to stay more nights. No activities in surrounding. To hotel staff was not friendly at all. No possibility to get a drink beside the time that de restaurant was open. Payment of hotel bill was done in usd instead of requested Euro'S. Resulting in a too high exchange rate by creditcard company. |

Friendly staff. Free parking places. Price is a little bit high, if I compair it with hotel in other locations in Italy and their service / quality. No airco, but for 10 euro extra it was possible (without was ok) |

very helpful staff (english spoken), very good food, very good location, plenty of parking. small bathroom, tiny shower, but not surprising as the en suite looked as though it was an add-on from original older building. |

Very informative and helpful the young guy at the reception. Gave correct tips on everything we asked. Convenient location if you re traveling by car (although the road from La Spezia to the hotel is not so good). Parking outside of hotel. Room a bit small, no minibar, couldn't connect to Wi-Fi from the room. |

Small family-owned establishment, a nice variation from the usual chain hotels. House is up on the hills of La Spezia, in a quiet setting off the beaten track. Staff was nice and helpful. We used the hotel in between two days of visiting Portofino and Cinque Terre, respectively. Quite pricey considering the room facilities (not many) and the fact that it is neither in a big touristic center nor very close to main roads. Room was quite small, and TV only had 4-5 channels which we had trouble viewing due to disturbance. Small and crammed breakfast room which doesn't allow much moving around. And just a personal reflection: artificial flowers do not belong in any hotel :) |

Friendly staff I was in Italy for 5 days staying in 4 hotels (round trip) and this one was most expensive and the worst one! Mayby because in this location is small range of hotels? Even in Florence i find lot better hotel for less money and located in center of the town. So before You book look around twice. |

A really clean hortel, with good breakfast. A bit far from La Spezia (15 min by car). And the shower booth was tiny, a large person would not fit there. |

Clean facility with updated bathroom. A car is a must to stay here. Breakfast was good. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful in providing information about the Cinque Terre. It's a 15 minute drive to the train station. A GPS made finding the location possible. Easy to hear other guests coming and going from adjacent rooms. |

Staff was friendly and good at giving directions to center of La Spezia and Cinque Terre. Restaurant and breakfast buffet was good. Value for the money in this area was good. The rooms are very, very small (if you book the 10 sq m one). Wouldn't suggest this size room for longer than one night. |
