The hotel within walking distance to the Centrale Station (350m).

I paid for the wifi , but never worked in my room as they gave me a room in 6th floor. NO RESPONSE FOR MY COMPLAINTS AS WELL. I WAS MISERABLE WITHOUT MY WIFI CONNECTION DESPITE I PAID THE SAME . ALSO THEIR WIFI CHARGES ARE NOT FAIR . THEY CHARGE PER HOUR CONTINOUSLY AND CANNOT BREAK THE CONNECTION .

Staff were extremely helpful, friendly, accommodating and welcoming. Great location, very clean hotel, very comfortable bed & T.v was huge! (No english speaking channels but that's ok).

The only negative I could give would be the extreme temperature of the room at night! We stayed in late October but the weather was very nice & sunny. The heat was on full blast & reception informed me that it is on a timer & impossible to change. They said it switches off at 10pm but the heaters remained piping hot throughout the night and even with the window open, it was far too hot! Apart from this, I would highly recommend this very friendly, clean & welcoming hotel to everyone seeking a good 3 star hotel!

The service was soo bad, it was over priced for the service we got, and the hotel was very old, and I could find a better hotel for the money I paid...

Price and location

Breakfast room was a catastrophe (first day at 9 AM), all free tables are full of dirty dishes, no bread and coffee available, etc

The front desk people were the best asset for the Hotel. Well done they went out of their way to be excellent hosts! The location was very central to the central train station where the shuttle bus stopped.

The internal room walls were a little thin.

Great stuffs and management! They helped us almost everything, thanks so much! Unbeatable location for travelers like us to travel different cities in Italy due it is right next to the centre railway station of Milan. As a 3 stars hotel it was comfortable.

Great location, very close to Milan Central Station, 3 metro stops till Duomo and shopping streets, great staff, we had a very big bathroom for a hotel room, room clean and comfy.

The hotel is unkept. The room was untidy. The breakfast poor. There is the feeling that you should wash your hands every time you touch something in the room in order not to pick up anything. At this amount of money one can find a much better place near Stazione Centrale.

The location of hotel is very comfortable for shopping. The rooms are nice and pretty. Breakfast is good and tasty. The staff are attentive and hospitable. Price and quality are good.

The location is near to the Milano Centrale. However, to get food you have to walk a bit as the surrounding area is kinda empty. Huge bathroom. The size of the bathroom we got was close to the size of our room itself.

Wifi is not free, and will be charged by 15min blocks, and when you start activating, there's no way to stop the clock, so make sure you're really free to use the internet else you'll be wasting some of your time doing other stuff.

Located in excellent location just 3 minutes walk to main station. The staff are friendly and very informative. We were even given a city map and some advices to travel around Milan.
