Very close to the train station with many good restaurants nearby. Room and bathroom were clean and spacious. Staff was very accommodating. Flat screen TV. Bidet. No free wi-fi in the rooms. Shower was a bit too small. Could hear the sounds from the streets. |

Hotel staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was very poor, there was not a very good selection and most of the food had run out.WiFi was very expensive. |

Location! It was so easy to find the location that I could even see the hotel from front entrance of central station of Milano. Breakfast was teasty. Shower was not worth to pay about 100 Euro. The water comes down right straight as pipi, and hard to adjust to spread. On top of that, handle to adjust temperture is so hard to control, and it remains so hot that my 4yrs old son run away to outside while doing shampoo. |

Hotel situation convenient, the personnel very sympathetic. A minus - rooms demand repair. To return to this hotel to me it would not be desirable. |

it's a good location, close to metro and railway, a useful bathroom, enough space for everything in the room sometimes was noisy, a bit poor breakfast, the bed stuff should be renovated |

Location is very good. Great for connecting to the airport buses, trains and metro. Staff were friendly. The room was a good size. The shower was good but small. The hotel has a strange enterance and I think shares the same physical building as another hotel. Breakfast was ok if you have read other visitors reviews. The breakfast buffet had small plates which meant they constantly ran out of things and you had to wait for the items to be replaced. The bed was not very comfortable. The decor in the room has a tired look. The shower had a very damp small as if some water if trapped somewhere. Room was a little noisy but considering the location is was fine. |

Hotel is in the center, near Centrum Station. We can reach all in the city on feet. Hotel facility comes up to expectations. Everything was clean, we can control heating in our room. Breakfast was very good standard, we were satisfied. We had triple room. In fact it was a little bit bigger double room, where the third bed was added. The third bed was in the middle of room, without bedside. We have to move it when we can go to the windov, or table, or to others beds. There were two tables, and only one chair. It was at the expense of the third bed... |

Very close to the train and bus station. The heating was rubbish and the beds were not particularly comfortable. The room was freezing at night. The hair dryer was pathetic. |

The location of the hotel. Location, location, location. Particularly bed. Double bed was made of two single beds - both quite worn out with something of sort of bowl in the middle. Also as room was booked through booking.com with a discount or special offer. Guy at the hotel desk saw that our rate per night is lower than others checking in that day, changed our room from 3rd floor (freshly renovated) to 4th. Quite unpleasant move. |

Convenience - located close to train station.The Front Desk manager is an assett to your property. In fact it was his helpful manner that saved the rest of the hotel. The bed is very hard. The breakfast room either needs to be closed down or your staff need to be trained on how to act with guests - eg: smile! Table cloths were dirty. Plastic cups are not acceptable - we are not children. Long life milk in coffee is not good. Orange juice I am sure is the powdered variety. We did not eat there again. |

The location was the main thing that attracted me to this hotel; a 250 metre walk and you were at the Milan central train station. The male staff working the midnight shift when we checked in was also very helpful and efficient. For holidayers, sightseers, shoppers who just require a shower and a decent bed, this hotel is what you are you are looking for. |

i liked this hotel in terms its location ( close to the Central station). Good breakfast. Good Room services.. There's no laundry service , you have to pay additional money in order to get them washed. |

Location was good, close to railway and metro stations. Helpful staff. Price level / room rate was decent. Breakfast arrangements weren't good enough, at the end of breakfast time always something was run out: juice, coffee, plates, etc. To avoid this you must wake up slightly earlier. |
