Hotel New York  

It is located less than 5 minutes from the main station. So very convenient if you want to make use of the train or metro. The staff was very nice and one of the Reception staff was from South Africa, so it was nice to meet a fellow countrymen. He explained to us where to go on the map to see everything and what trains to take. Breakfast even had bacon and eggs. Very quite at night and there is a lot of very nice shops and restaurants nearby.

Ask for a 3rd floor room as they are the renovated ones.

The friendly atmosphere coming from the staffs at the reception. Helpful and willing to give assistance. Being Asians, coming with my wife and daughter, to have triple room is acceptable. One thing we find it strange is the charges impose on internet connection. We guess this is the way the hotel earn extra comparing to Asian countries. We get our connection free!!!. It was easy to make arrangement with the hotel one the day we left Milan for Paris, whereby we have to catch evening train. Paying a bit extra, we move to a single room just to keep our luggage and having good shower prior to departure Over all, a good stay in term of good location to the Milan Rail Station. Small bath and toilet. The sliding door is not so practical as you try to adjust the shower, the water tend to wet the floor outside.The door of the bath and toilet open to the bedroom!!!! The heater is not consistent.

The staff were vry friendly. Excellent location right by the train station. Breakfast was very good. I would go back.

Excelent location, close to central station and bus to airport. Staff are friendly and helpfull. Rooms are clean and warm.

They give me a room in the 2nd floor. It's not a good option - very noisy early in the morning (stays close to staff clear room) with staff people talking loud.

Breakfast room was a catastrophe (first day at 9 AM), all free tables are full of dirty dishes, no bread and coffee available, etc

The front desk people were the best asset for the Hotel. Well done they went out of their way to be excellent hosts! The location was very central to the central train station where the shuttle bus stopped.

The internal room walls were a little thin.

Great stuffs and management! They helped us almost everything, thanks so much! Unbeatable location for travelers like us to travel different cities in Italy due it is right next to the centre railway station of Milan. As a 3 stars hotel it was comfortable.

Great location, very close to Milan Central Station, 3 metro stops till Duomo and shopping streets, great staff, we had a very big bathroom for a hotel room, room clean and comfy.

The hotel is unkept. The room was untidy. The breakfast poor. There is the feeling that you should wash your hands every time you touch something in the room in order not to pick up anything. At this amount of money one can find a much better place near Stazione Centrale.

The location of hotel is very comfortable for shopping. The rooms are nice and pretty. Breakfast is good and tasty. The staff are attentive and hospitable. Price and quality are good.

The location is near to the Milano Centrale. However, to get food you have to walk a bit as the surrounding area is kinda empty. Huge bathroom. The size of the bathroom we got was close to the size of our room itself.

Wifi is not free, and will be charged by 15min blocks, and when you start activating, there's no way to stop the clock, so make sure you're really free to use the internet else you'll be wasting some of your time doing other stuff.

Located in excellent location just 3 minutes walk to main station. The staff are friendly and very informative. We were even given a city map and some advices to travel around Milan.

The room light is dim. The heater not warm enough. The toilet light also vy dim. It doesnt make me feel comfortable.
