The Staff was very helpful, organized, knowledgable, professional

The only incident that took away from all of the postives was the fact that I had told the staff the night before that because we had an early flight we would need two boxed breakfasts that would include protein for my husband. The staff said that was fine. The next day as we were to leave for the airport they handed us the boxed breakfast which had no protein whatsoever, only pre-packaged products of not very high quality. When we asked if we could have a piece of cheese and some integral bread they said they couldn't help, that the bread hadn't come in yet. While we were waiting the bread delivery of the day came but there was no effort to adjust the boxed breakfasts, so we simply left them there at the desk.

Hotel is located near train station, public transportation and sight-seeing buses. The staff was courteous, spoke English and were helpful. Breakfast had many choices. Since my room wasn't that expensive, I basically got what I paid for, although for my purposes it was more than adequate.

Exceptional breakfast, good location

Good, spacious (double bed) rooms. Good central location, near the Roma Termini to access buses and trains. Very nice breakfast.

The decoration was a bit old-fashioned. The Internet service was not free of charge (in this day and age, it doesn't make sense to have to pay for this service).

The main reason we chose this hotel was because of its excellent location. It was nicely decorated. It was also a very good value proposition for our large family of seven.

The electricity was out for eight hours. The hotel staff was rude when we inquired about what our options were after dark. We were simply concerned about the safety of our children. Breakfast was OK but not great.

Staff was very helpful and allowed us to get into one of our rooms early. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was adequate. Very easy access to metro.

Would have liked to have fresh fruit at breakfast.

We stayed for a weekend and was impressed with the Hotel. It was very close to the Metro and Touring Buses. I would stay there again.

In our first room, the toilet would not flush and they immediately transferred us to another room.

Bad quality of the drinkingglasses in the bathroom.I missed grips at the bathtub,necessary for elderly people.No free use of internet and no printerfacilities.
