convenience to train station rooms were hot, need fans. I booked thru a wholesaler for 2 nights and 1 night on my own. The price difference was huge. |

Hotel location was excellant, reception area was nice with a modern feel, staff were were helpful and friendly, rooms were well maintained and clean. Thought the room could have been brighter and more modern although it was still very nice as we were given the only room with a balcony. |

Its location close to the termini in rome was great and its only a 15 min walk ti the colosseum. The decor was a little dated and I would imagine its not designed with young couples in mind however its a very clean hotel and the staff are very professional so all in all we were happy with our choice. |

Very near to Termini Station, but we could not locate the hotel easily. I went to hotel at 11:00 am and I had to wait for 1 hour to get room key, although I informed one day before about the arrival(I went with 2 kids) |

This hotel was a perfect choice for location, service, cleanliness, comfort and overall friendliness of all the staff. It is the best hotel we have ever stayed in during all our travels around Europe. We highly recommend it and would like to thank the everyone, in particular the staff who worked on the roof terrace late at night, very much for such an enjoyable stay. There is nothing not to like about this hotel at all. |

good location. very close to termini station, buses, subway and, by foot, not too far from the center of the city. for what we payed, i was expecting a bit more comfort and/or more modern facilities. |
