Bettoja Hotel Nord Nuova Roma  

It is close to the Termini station so it is very easy to get around the city by public transit.

The breakfast was same for the 8 nights that we were there. Some staffs are rude, no smile, they don't look like they want to be there at all and that the tourists are just people who annoy them. They don't seem to realize that tourists are their source of revenue. Internet access is unreliable, you can only get access in the lobby and it's only one hour at a time.

Surprisingly good hotel, great location, great rate,very happy with our experience there. Just don't expect to do much with the wi fi as it barely works due to the thick a walls. Also, nothing on tv, but you don't go to rome to watch tv anyway.

Bit noisy when the windows are open. We had problems with the WI-FI in the room (but it works in the lobby).

1-Location is 100 mtrs from Termini station. If you like walking you can make rome tour on foot. Everything is availble across the street. 2- Hotel is renovated and clean. Overall experince is good.

1-Mattress is is very rigid and the large bed is made of two combined small beds. 2-When you reach infront of the hotel, dont look for Bettoja because it is not on the hotel sign board. Just look for Nuova Roma. 3- No carpets on the floor. 4- Bed sheets were not replaced for 3 nights. However overall experience is good.

The location is great -close to the train station and within walking distance to many of the main sites in Rome. staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean comfortable rooms. Good breakfast each morning.

And older hotel but very large , the perfect position and end of street , and very close to resturants , park and station . 3 pc's on lobby for internet access also

The rooms are very quiet and clean. The hotel is very close to the train station and is practical if arriving or departing by train. The neighborhood is not the best location for evening strolls though.

Well situated. Close to train station and close to city bus tour starting point and shops etc. Plenty of cafes handy. Hotel staff are very professional and helpful. The hotel is very clean and rooms comfotable, air conditioned. Overall good value.

I was delighted with the Bettoja Hotel Nord Roma. The staff were friendly and helpful especially staff at reception desk. The roof terrace was a great place to relax and have a snack or drink after a days sightseeing.

The hotel is well located for travel within the city. The rooms are neat, clean and well lighted. The staff at the desk were always ready to asist with questions.

Not exactly a budget hotel, but reasonably priced rooms with a basic breakfast in a convenient location. The staff was helpful when I checked in alone with two children and arranged for reasonably priced transportation back to the airport. The free internet was super!

The rooms are small and the hallways are dark.

The free breakfast each morning was very elaborate and excellent. Overalll the hotel was clean and even fancy looking in the lobby. The room was very plain. The hotel was easy to find....and a very easy/quick walk from the train station. Despite reports online, we always felt safe....even at night when returning from the bus stop at Termini at 10- 11pm at night. The walk back was always very well lit with many tourists still out and about at that time.

The air conditioner never worked in our room for the 3 days/2 nights of our stay. It was a constant 27c/81f degrees from late evening through early morning. I reported the problem 3 times to the front desk. The last time, the desk clerk told me the manager checked into the reports of parts of the hotel being too warm...and said it was just fine to him. How ridiculous!! I negotiated a 20% discount on checkout. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again because of their lack of concern for the comfort of my wife and me.

Staff are helpful and approachable. Excellent location and a superb rooftop bar. A reasonanably priced hotel in a central location in a beautiful city.
