Roma is great!

Excellent location: close to Termini Railway station and main tourists routes. Spacious, light, quite and clean room. The staff is friendly. The service is good.

Everything. The location is excellent. Centre for all the facilities including train, taxi, buses, restaurants & tourist locations. Stay was very comfortable, staff was good & very helpful. I will highly recommend this hotel to other tourist from India. There are few Banglashi joints around giving good chicken & mutton curry Indian style.

This hotel is too bad. Room and furniture are old. There was bad smile in some room. Single room is too small and dark like a tomb. We can't sleep because of maintenance noise. And the breakfast was bad. As mater of fact, this hotel is a piece of ......

The standard of cleanliness. The breakfasts were very good. Hotels often save money on orange-juice, watering down concentrate. This one didn't - very much a plus point in my book.

I did discover a cockroach in the bathroom in the middle of the night. This doesn't detract from the fact that the hotel was spotlessly clean - it says more about the age of the building and the impossibility of keeping pests totally at bay.

Breakfast was great.

Triple room is very small and the 3rd bed is very uncomfortable. Room was incredibly noisy and we did not have 1 night of proper sleep. Room also too warm and aircon did not work. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

Staff help, for example to help me modify my reservation for the shuttle to the airport. They called the company for me and are almost always minimum 2 at the reception. There's also someone to help you move your luggages to your room.

I didn't had time to try the fitness room but I wished to!

I can advise this hotel

The location was perfect. It was easy for us to walk to any of the sites of Rome. The room was a comfortable and met our needs at night. Having wifi was awesome too!!!

The breakfast selection could have been broader.

Great location.

Rooms were dusty (like needed to be wiped down) . Not good for small children. Too pricey for the small room, no internet in the room, and no additional ammenities.

Even though the room was small it was very comfortable. The bathroom was all marble and extremely nice. The location is excellent as it is a block from the central train station, the city bus terminal and metro stops. The neighborhood is safe and has good restaurants, cafes and bars.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Everything was very nice and it's Rome!!! need I say more?

A nicely situated hotel within walking distance of central Termini station; ideal for late arrivals. Room was ok, comfortable and quite as to street noises. We even slept undisturbed through a nightly fire in neighbouring cafe as we could see out of our window the next morning !

i liked the hotel; it was clean and in a good location. the rooms were clean and sound proof. the breakfasts were good.

The only thing good about the hotel is that it is very near to Termini train station.

The staff was not friendly. No personalized service / talks with guests. The staff was not at all interested on whether the guests feel comfortable / at home. Overall not a great experience.
