I already stayed a few times at this hotel and I liked it very much. I recommended it to my colleagues and they were very satisfied too. Very good location, friendly staff, nice and clean rooms, good breakfast. I can't remember anything that I didn't like. |

The staff were friendly, efficient and spoke English well. Everything was clean and decorated nicely and comfortable. The bar prices were very expensive! The roof terrace was not open at all during our stay even though the weather was still quite warm and sunny for the end of October. This was what attracted us to this hotel in the first place. |

The location was convenient for all transport networks, our room was comfortable' if perhaps sparcely furnished, and the breakfasts, while identical every day, were quite acceptable We considered the price to be high. Drawers in the room would have been useful. |

The Hotel was nice and the staff were helpful. The room was clean. Near to train station. Breakfast was good. |

Rooms were small but clean. Facilities were decent as well. Location was just two blocks away from Roma Termini and walking distance from tourist area. Choice of good restaurants in the lane next to the hotel. Reception staff was not at all courteous. For a hotel of this size it was expensive. Rooms were noisy as the hotel is on a very busy street. |

The rooms are clean and breakfast time is ample as it starts at 6:30 am and ends at 10. The internet is quite expensive. |

Very close to the station, just make sure you come out the front! Close to the trevvi fountain and coloseum, also a very nice restuarant on corner by the hotel and airport shuttle was early too! However whole stay made even better by wonderful roof terrace! Had drinks on there both evenings and made our break. An excellent stay and would certainly recommend. |

It is in a very central and convinient location, just 3' from Republica and Termini metro st. The rooms adequately spacious(regarding the small rooms in any 3-star hotel in Rome),clean with nice toilets.The stuff always helpful and kind. The whole area is not particularly safe to walk alone during the night..The rooms simple, with no design at al, a bit expensive for what they offer.Very poor breakfast.The hotel needs a bit of renovation and design if it offers rooms in such prices. |

Room was nice and clean, however air condition did not work. Air conditioning in the room did not not work. The fan was running and it would blow hot air. The hotel staff was not very helpful with the issue. As far as they were concerned since the fan was working they did not think there was a problem irrespective of the fact that it was blowing hot air and not cooling the room. |

We made reservation for a parking-space. Our car was parked elswhere, no parkings-space at the hotel. Came back damaged. Hotel wouldn't take responsability. Poor breakfast. |

It was very convenient for getting around Rome as it was so close to trains and bus service. The roof top was great. Breakfast was good as well. |

The hotel was very close to the main termini and metro as well as the buses. The National Museum is right across the street as well as the Baths of Diocletian. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom a bit small, but overall great value for Roma. Loved the terrace for late night drink. |

The Hotel was excellently located for the room rate, near the main Termini Station & walking distances to sites of interest; safe, clean, spacious (with lovely view from our window both times we stayed) and the staff friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was fresh, tasty and varied and the coffee delicious. Despite the check in time being 2.00pm on both check ins we were able to have a room earlier than this, most appreciated after 30 hours of travelling. We would choose again if staying in Rome. |

One day we came back from breakfest (about 9:30am) and they were already about to make up the room, and so we were not able to change clothes or brush the teeth. At our last day (checkout 12:00), at 8:40am a person knocked very decisive at our door and tried to open it (several times) obviously with the same intention to clean the room. Absolut unclear to me in such a hotel. |

The staff were helpful and efficient. The hotel was well furnished and clean. It is situated in a very convenient location. There is an excellent cafe The Gran Cafe del Passegero which is in the hotel block at the corner, it is not run by the hotel, it is great value The breakfast was at best average. Not very imaginative and keep away from the boiled eggs they are not always fresh as my wife discovered!!! |

Rooftop terrace was absolutely fantastic - the pictures on the website don't do it justice. The barman's service was great and unobtrusive, and the complimentary cake was amazing! Breakfast was also great, simple but more than satisfactory and the breakfast room was lovely. Our room & ensuite were spacious (triple room), very high ceilings and very clean. |

it was an overall nice hotel, close to everything, very clean,great decoration inside with a very good breakfast(the best cappucino!) ,the staff was more than helpfull at all times, communicative and very polite. The cleaning service would clean and change sheets every day! The rooms nice and bathrooms very spacious an clean! A better sound proof. |
