Close to main station with excellent links to city metro and bus services. Close to a good choice of restaurants. Our room was spacious - probably the biggest at the price.
Breakfast. Staff Room
Near transport links. If travelling on ,great. Not so good for sightseeing.
Exellent location in center and neigbourgh of Termini train station. Room and bath were clean.
Very slow wifi
The Nord is just a block from Termini Station and the adjoining bus station. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed. The room was serviced every day. Breakfast had a very good selection buffet style. Easy walk down to the Forum and Colosseum. Easy to use internet station in the lobby. Staff very courteous and helpful. Rated three stars but we would add another to that.
Decor was good and room was very clean. Handy to walk to tourist spots.
Bed was hard and pillows needed replacing. Reception staff not friendly.
Very close to the Termini Excellent staff Very comfortable hotel
Central location, easy access to metro/bus/train and clean rooms with excellent staff
Roof Top is amazing Kind and friendly staff
There could be scrambled eggs and sausages or bacon at the breakfast buffet.
The staff were great, very knowledgeable . So close to train station. Breakfast was good. Roof top terrace was a lovely spot to relax with a drink. Highly recommend
Location fairly good Proximity to a good restaurant Near Termini
Useless wifi reception in room
The staff, the room and the roof garden
You don't have access for disability people
The wifi does not work in the room; we had to go to the lobby
Our maid was superb.... She was very nice to all of us and did little extras for us...folding pjs and so on.... Beds beautifully made....all extras attended to .... Just wonderful ... Emanuella.?
The fact that it was very difficult to actually get our 'free/welcome' drink...bar staff on roof top quite offhand....!!!!!!! Inclined to close bar at slightest opportunity.....!!!xx M
The location close to railway and buses. The facilities were excellent including a well equipped gym and rooftop bar and outside eatery. Our room and bathroom was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly although with some limitation in speaking English. The breakfast was very good while there were plenty of fine restaurants in close proximity for dinner.
The wifi in the room was poor and we had to go to the foyer to ensure unbroken reception.
Clean and comfortable rooms Roomy bathrooms Good breakfast Professional staff Roof garden/bar Convenient location near train, tourist sites and restaurants
Location is not particularly scenic but otherwise this was great!
Nice roof area. Big rooms, extra babybed free. Close to train station
very good location
really poor wifi, even in the lobby.
Secure car park only 50 yds away. Central Rome location Nice roof top bar for evening drinks Nice breakfasts.
Breakfasts were a bit hectic at times. Limited food available on Roof top bar Difficult to find by car.
Near termini station Nice breakfast Comfy bed
Room directly below gym. I was having a relaxing bath and thought the ceiling was coming down with treadmill noise. Would have asked to move but not worth it for one night. Wi-Fi not usable in room and very slow, and at times not usable in public areas Roof bar nice but did not use due to it being overpriced Stayed for 5 nights trastevere area and 1 night in this hotel. Trastevere area felt safer with lots of bars and restaurants
Bar on 7th floor
Staff rude and not helpful, smelly room, hotel is noisy at night due to groups of young people running around, maintenance of hotel really poor, room smelled like cigarettes, wifi not working. After two sleepless nights of the noice and the staff unwilling to listen to us, we checked out and went to another hotel in town.
Kindly staff, clean room, good sleep without any noise, good breakfast
Poor wi-if siginal
1.Near to Termini station. 2.Excelent breakfast. 3.Near to really good restaurants (the ones that local people could go) 4. The room was clean and with good natural light. 5. Nice and beautyfull rooftop
Coming in by train we walked thru a bit of a grotty area so were delighted when arriving at hotel to find if quite glamorous and comfortable. Bit old world charm but in a distinguished manner. Plenty of red chesterfields to lounge in, in the foyer. The breakfast buffer (included in the price) was generous. Our room and bathroom comfortable and well appointed. We loved it. Also a rather lovely roof top terrace where we hade drinks and nibbles. Yes, it does have a lift too.
This is being picky, but instead of a tray of boiled eggs would love scrambled eggs on the breakfast menu.
Nice hotel in a good location to train station. We only stayed for the night and suited us for this location.
