Location Staff Room
The terrible noise from 4am -7am. The shipping and receiving bay is on the back side of the hotel. Staff were transferring laundry/food on carts over cobble stone. INCREDIBLY NOISY for all rooms facing this alley way at a horribly early hour.
The room was very comfortable and away from the buzzing street. We also got an early check-in since we requested for the same. There were no hassles even when we checked out. Absolutely good place to stay in - this is also very very close to the Termini station and the main tourist spots. Would definitely recommend.
Very good service and friendly staff.
The worst breakfast I've ever had in Rome hotel. No variety of hot meals or good baking. It's better to make breakfast shorter but better. The reception of wifi in rooms is terrible. The connection switched off constantly and the speed provided was very low.
Proximity to Station and center of attractions, Good Breakfast Options and Cleanliness.
Wifi speed is very low.
We enjoy this Hotel very much, from location to the accommodations, and the staff was very attentive and accommodating! Very clean as well!!!
Breakfast could be better! WiFi Connection very slow!
Excellent location and staff. Good value for money
bitten all over by bed bugs every evening, therefore rating comfort of bed as poor
Good location for my needs.
The Wi-Fi didn't work in my room. Breakfast was barely adequate - there was little left after 10am.
The breakfast was first rate, best I've had in any hotel in Rome. The Internet worked flawlessly each day and never had a problem. I could also print my boarding pass with their computer and printer. The price was good considering the value. Room was clean every day.
My biggest issue was the noise. We probably got their worst room, stay away from the 668 and up rooms on the mezzanine level as they are at the back of the hotel and in the back is a private lane way which has garbage trucks every morning, as early as 5:30 removing garbage, very, very noisy, always got us up. Also a manager's office is located on this hallway and he smokes and the smoke filled the hallway every day, although the rooms were free of smoke. If you like being near the train station this is a great location.
The hotel is well located, rooms are comfortable, and breakfast was sufficient. The hotel lobby is attractive. The hotel looked after transportation from the airport to the hotel which was appreciated because it was late at night.
Some of the front desk staff are not very helpful and need to show a better attitude toward hotel guests. Perhaps language issues are part of the problem. In the end, we did get our needs looked after.
some times wifi was disconnected
Cleanliness of the room; quality of the breakfast; friendliness of staff.
I liked everything and will return at sometime in the future.
Proximity to the train station and the tour buses
The rooms i saw on booking.com did not match what we were allocated. We had very tiny rooms, yet i could see as i was walking by other rooms the kind of rooms i booked, meaning we were allocated the very last rooms of the day! Too expensive for what i got for my group of friends. When we arrived at 11pm the staff at the front either was fearful of us, forcefully insisted we leave our 9 passports at the front counter, go to our rooms so that he could key in the information to the system. Instead of we wait. He was not friendly at all. Being in Europe for the first time, & having come from spain where people were so friendly, it was scary, what is they just got misplaced, what reprieve what we have had to get them back? The breakfast selection was poor, no animal proteins like eggs & we needed lots of energy to tour, alittle bit of eggs, bacon... would have gone a long way. I would not recommend the hotel at all.
Excellent location. Very good breakfast buffet. Small rooms and bathrooms but immaculate. All but one of the desk staff were not helpful. Rooms warm and windows don’t open. But such a wonderful location two blocks from the Termini that we will stay again. Score: 8.3 of 10.
I loved the location. 5 mins walk from the main bus and train centre (Termini) From here you can get airport transfers, trains to almost anywhere and buses throughout Rome and beyond. The hop on hop off bus is also just round the corner from the hotel. Breakfast was very adequate with good choice and helpful staff. We arrived early and it was no problem to get luggage stored until the room was ready.
Wooden floors are lovely but can be fairly noisy if the neighbours in the room above insist on tramping around in the middle of the night.
The breakfast selection was great. Hotel facilities were really good. Very close to train station.
good location, comfortable bed for quality sleep.
crowded in the breakfast room.
They had cocroaches on the bathroom!! Right in the middle of the shower! And when i arrived at my bedroom, the bathroom hadnt been cleaned!! Just horrible.
Roof bar breakfast location
The staff were very professional and polite.
The furniture is very old fashioned but no complaints as the bed was comfortable and I expected this type of decor
Convenient to Train Station very nice staff. Really enjoyed the stay.
It is a relative nice and clean hotel very near the station. was a quite hotel and helpful staff
The only problem I had with the place was that you could feal the springs in the bed which made a very uncomfortable sleep
Quiet room, Very good sleep, Polite staff, Safe in room, Very clean room and bathroom,
Singlerooms are extremally small. No warm food for breakfast. Only small cups for coffee, too small for tea. No Polish channel on TV, only two in English. No free water, tea or coffe. No iron.
Excellent location - very close to Termini Station, Metro and restaurants Good sized room Reception staff great
Room overlooked a courtyard and could be very noisy from this. Plumbing in the next room was also very noisy.
Great location, friendly staff, clean and well presented, very good breakfast to start the day.
We booked 4 rooms, 3 double room which were excellent, the 4th room was a treble which was large and clean but was very dated and shower water pressure was very poor. We did get a discount due to shower pressure issue which they stated was a one off.
