Excellent location Good breakfasts
Lack of concern re toilet seat. Guarantee someone will get hurt on that thing as it slides right off the toilet when used.
location, cleanliness, professional staff, great breakfast.
2 minute walk from the Termini and Leonardo Express to the airport. Very helpful staff in the dining room and reception. Thankyou Alexander for your advice and help how to get around. The roof top garden and bar. Great place to sit and chill and get your thoughts together over a cold beer and glass of wine after a day walking around. All the thoughtful bits in the room. Razor and gel, toothpaste and brush, shower gel and shampoo, sewing kit and more. A good continental breakfast.
Restaurant got a bit busy and full first thing if a coach party were leaving early to go out and about. Restaurant manager would have been lost without his lovely staff.
expected little less to pay
The courteousness of the staff, the quietness, the quality of decor and furnishings, the proximity to central Rome's attractions and nearness to the Termini rail and bus station. There are many nearby resturants to choose from. The buffet breakfast caters for most tastes. This rates as four star, NOT three star.
Location could not be better. Room and bathroom were really nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent, lots of food to chose.
Wi-fi was really poor. I wasnt hanging on it, just trying to check info about traffic in Rome, or restaurants, but wifi was going on and off. I didnt like pluggins for electricity. They had some kind with 3 "horns". Was 1 piece of adapter in room but that wasnt enough.
We stayed here on our last day of a 14 day tour of Italy. We had trouble printing our boarding passes for our flight home and the staff eagerly came to our rescue without us asking. Great location and accomadations.
Reasonable sized room. Staff very helpful. Good location.
The rooms were very spacious and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was extensive and in a large room with nice tables with clean linens. The roof top bar was nice and the lobby was a great place to sit and make new friends. Its location was excellent.
In the middle of the night it sounded as if someone was remodeling the room above me. I came to the conclusions it was someone moving desk chair. I would suggest some sort of felt attached to bottom of chairs so they don't screech when moved.
The triple room, 551 was very roomy, had a kettle, fridge, balcony, perfect.
Lot's of numbers at Breakfast, room walls maybe a bit thin, but no problem really
Close to the Termini Station and the Metro.
Air conditioning was inconsistent
Loved the breakfast which opened at 6:30 and and served an amazing variety of foods. The bar and lounge on the rooftop was a nice place to meet our friends with lots of seating. There were several small areas in the lobby lounge to meet too and have some privacy. This was our 5th hotel on our trip and by far the largest bathroom with plenty of room and very nice tile. Our rooms were quiet considering the traffic noise. Air conditioning worked well. Very close to the train and bus station. Staff at desk spoke English which was a big plus. Checking in and out took only a few minutes. This hotel was very clean. First time to use a room key where you leave it in a slot inside your door. Never lost our key in our room and great technology idea for saving energy on turning lights out. Could always get a taxi for 6 within a few minutes.
Wi-Fi wasn't always available but we found that to be true at all our hotels.
good location friendly helpful staff, easy to get around to visit all sights with bus & train station close by. Good roof top garden bar for drinks after sight seeing.
Location Rooftop Garden/Bar area Friendly Staff Clean Good choice at breakfast Excellent value
Fabio and the roof top bar. Excellent service.
Initial reception was offhand.
location, very polite friendly staff, roof terrace, breakfast
Classy decor. Well-stocked breakfast included, which is difficult to find in some similar hotels. We looked forward to the breakfasts. Very clean bathrooms and room. Close to Termini station. Great location.
Front desk staff could be brisk and unpleasant at times. Wi-fi was unreliable in the room. Mattresses were still somewhat firm, though softer than other places we'd visited in Italy.
Roof terrace fabulous & a lovely surprise. Breakfast fantastic range & lots of it! So near to Station, easy walk with case Tour bus stopped in next street Brilliant Lots of good restaurants nearby
Location was great since it is across the street from the central station. Rooftop deck has a great view.
Front desk person said I had to pay the city tax upon checkin. I paid and they tried to collect when I left as well. Front desk person called me a liar when I told him that I already paid when I checked in. Breakfast was poor. If you get there near the end, there is nothing left. They don't refill the breakfast foods.
The reception areas, the sun roof/terrace, the breakfast, the bedroom and bathroom were clean, comfortable and attractive.
The staff were effiicient but not friendly, no smiles or chat. Outside noise was disturbing but that is just Rome
Location to Roma Termini was perfect for our one night transition to other parts of Italy. Grab you bags and walk to the train. Metro and hop on hop off tour bus is right there as well if desired. Room size, staff, AC and accommodations were acceptable.
Were appalled by the fact that the clean room towels were laying on and in the bidet!! Then as we traveled through other parts of Italy that seems to be the pattern in some other hotels. ??? Don't know what's up with that, but please don't lay my clean towels were ones wash there backside. Please!! Older hotel. Pirim next door was a bit better with roof top bar and basically identical layout. Not our best stay, but it was a transition hotel for our needs.
It is close to the railway station and the area is clean and quiet
Our room was quite noisy -i.e. you could hear people talking in other rooms, as well as the sound of running water from other rooms. The rooms are clean, but tired looking... very plain, and lack any real sense of warmth. Breakfast was good, but very badly organised -i.e. no one ever welcomed us or asked us our room number. Staff were running around like headless chickens If you're British or Irish, don't expect a nice hot cup of tea :-(
Close to main station with excellent links to city metro and bus services. Close to a good choice of restaurants. Our room was spacious - probably the biggest at the price.
Breakfast. Staff Room
Near transport links. If travelling on ,great. Not so good for sightseeing.
Breakfast, good maid service.
Some front desk staff. Wifi service misrepresented. No wifi in guest rooms. Poor storage for clothing. Computers for guest use were worn out.
