Bettoja Hotel Nord Nuova Roma

場所がよかった。駅に近いので、拠点にして、あちこちいけた。連泊を設楽、割引があったので、よかった。

お風呂の温度が低い。　季節的にエアコンが切ってあったが、寒がりの私たちには答えた。他の人は、気にならない温度だったかもしれ- ないが。

テルミニ駅やメトロから歩いてすぐの距離にあるので、市内観光に大変便利。子ども連れだったので、昼間いっ- たんホテルへ戻って休憩して夕方また外出したりできた。チェックインの時間より早く到着したが、荷物を預か- ってもらえて助かった。

宿泊２泊目の朝は１日ツアーの参加の為、ホテルを６時３５分には出発をしなければなりませんでした。しかし- ホテルの朝食は６時半から。そこで６時２０分頃朝食用のレストランに行き、事情を説明したところ、電気を急- いで点けレストランをオープンしてくれました。子供も一緒でしたのでとても助かりました。また、テルミネ駅- からも近くとても便利でした。部屋も清潔でおススメのホテルでした。

立地が駅に近くて便利だった。チェックインの時間より早く到着したけどそのまま部屋に案内してもらえてよか- ったです。市内観光を目的とした旅ならすごく便利でいいと思います。

朝食が少し物足りなかったです。

駅の近くで交通の便、最高、ショッピングも食事も困らない位置にこのホテルはあります。ローマに行ったら、- また、泊まる予定です

トラブルが発生したとき、フロントの方がとても親切に対応してくれた。

Great location, accommodating staff

Lacks a/c - hot

The main reason we chose this hotel was because of its excellent location. It was nicely decorated. It was also a very good value proposition for our large family of seven.

The electricity was out for eight hours. The hotel staff was rude when we inquired about what our options were after dark. We were simply concerned about the safety of our children. Breakfast was OK but not great.

Staff was very helpful and allowed us to get into one of our rooms early. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was adequate. Very easy access to metro.

Would have liked to have fresh fruit at breakfast.

We stayed for a weekend and was impressed with the Hotel. It was very close to the Metro and Touring Buses. I would stay there again.
