Als Flughafenhotel muss Frühstück ab 6.00 Uhr oder 6.30 Uhr zur Verfügung stehen. Als Ersatz wurde um 6.30 Uhr angeboten, eine Plasiktüte mit Mini Portion Orangensaft und Mini-Gebäck. Preisnachlass wegen dem damit entfallenden Frühstück wurde brüsk abgelehnt. Dabei war genügend Personal vorhanden. Merkwürdigerweise bekam das Personal seinen Kaffee. Sehr unfreundlich. Servicegedanke unterentwickelt |

shuttle service zum flughafen sehr gut und auch notwendig busverbindung zum hotel ist die gleiche wie zum flughafen, in der regel daher überfüllte busse. |

Convenient for Ciampino Airport, Rome. Surprisingly good restaurant. The bedroom was frankly worn out. However, the hotel seems to be undergoing a full renovation. |

Very close to the airport. You just have to call them and they will pick you up for a small fare. Very helpful at all the times. It is the perfect place if you have to take a flight, but is not the place to visit Rome(20 minutes by car). |

Convenience due to location close to airport. Water was very slow at around 3.30 am in the morning when 4 of us wanted to shower before leaving for the airport. Staff were rather unfriendly. |

The Coffee & Pizza It had a rather transient atmosphere to it, probably because, like us, many people may select it because of its proximity to Ciampino Airport and possibly only stay for 1 or 2 nights. I don't think I could spend any longer than that at the Hotel. |

I found the shuttle service to be very useful. There was a lot less stress due to that servic. The reception staff (Gayher ??) was excellent. She gave time and explained the stay/ facilities in detail. Glad she spoke English. My Italin is poor. Also, the restraunt was very good in serving typical Italian food ~ which is what I want. The last thing I want to see is English food (I'm English). |
