Great price and good service. Lovely food Nice staff. Would stay there again

The price was excellent, and in proximity of Ciampino airport, which was my purpose to select this hotel, as well as free offer for airport shuttle (which appeared to be paid in addition!). Hotel needs some renovation, carpets are worn down, however breakfast was excellent!!

The only really bad thing - the receptionist who were really rude, not smiling and seeing the client as a hassle.

I was a little worried when we drove up, but was happily surprised by the inside! The staff was very helpful, and The airport was only about 5 min from the hotel. The shuttle was €2.50 a person and the services started at 5am.

I've stayed at this hotel on many occasions and return as it's idea for the airport, the staff are good (think her name is Gayer ~ she's really good). The restaurant is excellent and the hotel has a shuttle bus that will take you to the nearest metro station (so access into the center of Rome is easy).

1) It sometimes forgets the basics e.g. there was no chair in the bedroom (just the bed and draws/ wardrobe). 2) Just make sure that you pay the price as seen on the computer ~ beware of something called city tax. That should be either stated at the beginning or not requested when paying the bill.

Perfect location for airport and access to autostrada. Hotel is great value and will recommend and use again.

It was convienient to the airport.

I didn't appreciate the fact that there was a youth group of some sort there and they were screaming and running through the hallway at midnight. The hotel staff did nothing until we asked them specifically to please make them quite down. They should do more to protect the peace of their patrons.

We chose the Hotel Palacavicchi, for its close proximity to the Campiano airport for a morning flight. The shuttle for 2.50 was excellent, and ready at a moments notice. Our room was quite cold, but the staff did come and rectify the matter, and it was very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel as an excellent, budget convenient location close to the airport.

We neede a hotel close to the airport for convenience and the location could not be better. The shuttle bus to the airport added to the convenience.

The hvac in the room was noisy as a result of vibration and the controls to turn it off were not clear. There was a service road that ran directly outside the room and traffic started using this early in the morning disturbing us.

Wanted an overnight as our flight too late to allow onward travel .. Booked it because of shuttle bus collection , price and nearness to airport . After an 1/2 hour , no shuttle so rang hotel T. He said shuttle came and could not find us. Explained we were inside Airpport entrance . He said we should be outside, near taxi and car rental. Would send bus again. Went out and walked around,. It was verry confusing as there was no dedicated place for shuttle bus . Eventually wandered around and saw bus crusing around,. Driver got out and was ignorant and threw our bags into boot .. Recption person was verry helpfull getting me information for trip next morning. Rooms are all ground level in blocks of 20 with small gaps between them so with about eight blocks in a line if you are in block 6 its a long walk . Room was extreemly cold when entered.Heating inefficient . Booked double ,got twin, for one night did notcomplain. . Bed had only sheet, verry light blanket +bed cover. We were verry cold , heating not working properly . Breakfast was ok We paid €80 I total for a twin for us rand my adult daughter..She only caharged half price.For a cheap night would recomend but get more bedding

The driver should be told to come into the Airport asit is a small one with either the Hotel name or passenger name on a card , or else have a dedicated spot clearly marked outside as we arrived around 9pm and it was dark asnd cold in January . The bed should have proper winter bedding and extra in wardrobe if needed, but none of these were provided. Rooms booked should be pre heated as I dont expect a hotel to heat unreserved rooms.GUests should be given rooms neaestr recption unless all were booked and we know we were sent down to the end because we complained about the shuttle bus . not on???.

Location terrible.If you there you stuck.Nothing around the hotel.Can't walk anywhere or do anything.Very limited local transportation.Good if you looking for inexpensive place to crush between the flights.

a good place to stay if you have to spend time before flight,breakfast is perfect for Italy.Better take shuttle from airport,way is not for pedestrians. Хороший отель рядом с аэропортом.Завтраки для Италии отличные.Лучше берите шатл из аэропорта,т.к.идти не так близко(на машине 2 минуты),но дорога идёт по трассе,где нет даже обочины для пешеходов!
