Called for shuttle service from airport and it arrived very quickly and driver very helpful and polite. hotel was close to airport which was good as we arrived late evening. room was basic, quiet, clean just what was needed for our 1 night stay There was short argument between staff at reception when we arrived. despite waiting to be checked in, the male receptionists ignored me. during my check in I was not greeted, and very little was said to me. I had to ask questions for information which is normally given voluntarily by reception staff anywhere. very unfriendly experience |

The room held our family with 4 twin beds. The beds were not comfortable, the pillows were as flat as the bed. The cab driver didn't seem to know where the hotel was and circled and charged us $20 euro's and it was less than 5 minutes from the hotel. The hotel did offer a shuttle for $2.50 euro per/person |

The closeness to the airport and the restaurant was good. The bar closed very early for a hotel and this was while the world cup and the final was one and it wasn't very convenient. I put my daughter to bed and would have liked to have had a drink with my husband later at the bar but was unable to do so. |

The hotel had a convenient shuttle to the airport and train station for a small fee. Breakfast was adequate but didn't open up early enough on our last night's stay. Staff gave us a breakfast in a bag but not eaten by our children. We stayed here on the day of our late arrival to visit Rome and the night before we left Rome. Our first night, it was very hot in our two rooms but learned a lesson to call ahead to turn on A/C the second stay. The beds were horrible with sunken in mattress and questionable stains on a mattress. There was mold in the showers, showers did not drain well , and also had offensive sewer smell in the bathrooms. We even had a large bug crawling on the wall when we first arrived, pointed it out to the staff who looked at it and just shrugged his shoulders. |

Friendly and helpful staff, ok restaurant. Single female travellers might feel uncomfortable with the ease of access from outside (all rooms are on the ground floor with several doors providing direct access from outside). Not sure whether the cctv camera are worrying or reassuring in this respect... |

Staff very friendly and helpful, very convenient for ciampino airport and cheap shuttle service provided. Food excellent. Shuttle to metro and train for small fee. Rooms very clean although quite basic, but this is reflected in the cost. Would recommend for airport convenience |

I traveled with a group of three others, which made the four-bed room perfect for my group. The room had a small, private patio, which was nice in the morning. Breakfast was good for the price we paid. This hotel is right by the airport, so staying overnight for flights is perfect. The beds in the room made a terrible creaking noise, which woke everyone up when one person turned over in the night. Also, the hotel was a little hard to find because the signage wasn't adequate and the address could not be found in my GPS. |

The evening hotel manager was extremely kind and helpful during our stay. He assisted our family with booking train tickets to Venice and a private taxi to the airport. He was phenomenal! The pizza in the restaurant was spectacular! We enjoyed our stay! |

Proximity to Ciampino Airport and the size of the family room were excellent. The cleanliness and comfort of the room was excellent also. ideal for anyone arriving at the airport at a late hour and looking for a good nights sleep before travelling on. |

The staff was extremely helpful. The service in the restaurant, both at breakfast and for the evening meal, was warm, efficient and professional. The personnel at reception were also very helpful. This last visit was not my first visit. In fact, the reason that I chose to return to the hotel was because my first visit had been very positive. My second visit was equally so. I would recommend your hotel without reservation, with the price range being particularly attractive. It is a great value. |

We stayed there only one night after late arrival to Ciampino airport, we ordered shuttle to the hotel, price was 2,5e per person and they droped us to the train station to Rome in the morning as well. Room was big, with flat screen tv. Broken door in shower. |

Pleasant large rooms and good restaurant. Close proximity to airport but not noisey. Flexible about cancelling third night as we decided to drive home to Scotland with the travel chaos building up. The mini bus pick up arrangements from the Metro station - we could not make phone contact on Sunday evening. Breakfast choice was poor |

Excellent location within walking distance of Ciampino airport. A good hotel at a very reasonable price. Good value for money. Limited TV facility in the room. I could only find one English language channel. |

That there was no fuss about booking in and getting to the room.Near the Airport. Heating difficult to manage, and extractor fan in bathroom on all night. |
