kjekke rom, vi fikk det vi trengte, ankom seint og dro tidlig som vi hadde planlagt resepsjonsbetjeningen var ikke spesiel imøtekommende når vi kom til hotellet. Det var vanskelig å finne frem (dårlig merket fra vei, selv om det lå rett ved) |

Convenient for Ciampino Airport, Rome. Surprisingly good restaurant. The bedroom was frankly worn out. However, the hotel seems to be undergoing a full renovation. |

Very close to the airport. You just have to call them and they will pick you up for a small fare. Very helpful at all the times. It is the perfect place if you have to take a flight, but is not the place to visit Rome(20 minutes by car). |

Convenience due to location close to airport. Water was very slow at around 3.30 am in the morning when 4 of us wanted to shower before leaving for the airport. Staff were rather unfriendly. |

The Coffee & Pizza It had a rather transient atmosphere to it, probably because, like us, many people may select it because of its proximity to Ciampino Airport and possibly only stay for 1 or 2 nights. I don't think I could spend any longer than that at the Hotel. |

I found the shuttle service to be very useful. There was a lot less stress due to that servic. The reception staff (Gayher ??) was excellent. She gave time and explained the stay/ facilities in detail. Glad she spoke English. My Italin is poor. Also, the restraunt was very good in serving typical Italian food ~ which is what I want. The last thing I want to see is English food (I'm English). |

Restaurant staff pleasant and evening meal good, even though we ate late. Finished eating at 11.15pm From GRA hard to find, no sign. Keycard for room not working on return @ 11.30. Used external dr to get in but no elec. Key expired at 11,only 2 hrs after check-in.Night porter said needed programming but wouldn't do it. Offered room at far side of hotel but couldn't see to pack and kids needed bed.Awful woman on recep nxt day,had to fight for discount.Next to a/port but took 1/2 hr by car. AVOID! |

The restaurant was very good! The room was clean. There was a bus stop right in front of the hotel which was very convienient since we travelled with public transportation. The hotel is very close to Ciampino airport which was very good for us seeing that we were travelling from there. Good hotel for a nights rest and for the money. The staff barely spoke any other language than Italian. You would expect that someone present would be able to speak a second language. |
