not very safe place. if getting there by public transportation in late afternoon or evening, better to check the shuttle bus schedule in advance

Closeness to airport.

Nothing to do around the hotel. I got a room with small four beds instead on king bed.

The fact that it is next to the Ciampino airport helps for an early morning flight. Also the shuttle bus is very helpful.

Staff at the reception were helpful. Shuttle service is efficient. Wonderful breakfast.

Broken shower so the water did not drain away quickly. Impolite waiters serving in the dining hall.

The beds were old and felt a bit like boxes and my room was miles and miles down the long corridor. The taxi man offered to drive me to my room!! Language barrier.

Very helpful man on the reception, modern room and bathroom with very comfy bed, conveniently placed for the airport. Breakfast was good.

Shuttle bus transfer to the train station, although efficient, was expensive for the short distance.

Convenient, very near Ciampino airport for late flight arrivals. Large comfortable rooms with T.V. Restaurant and bar facilities and shuttle service to airport and local station. Very good value for money.

The was audible noise from adjacent rooms. It was not made clear how to arrange shuttle transport from the airport so we had to us taxi service at double the cost.

I stay often in the hotel: is good in position and rooms are confortable and clean.

Wifi not reachable in the rooms but only in the reception that is for this crowded. Breakfast is not served on time: at 7am bar was closed and nobody was inside!

- Tricky and noisy heating system (we shutted down it at night, it was cool in room in January); - cold marble floors - noise from planes (silence at 00:00 - 6:30)

T.he hotel was very clean. Good breakfast

It could use a little updating especially the carpet in places.

Great location close to Ciampino Airport - free wifi in reception, bar & restaurant was easy to use. Shuttle bus to airport was cheap (7 euro for 3 adults) and readily available Great value for money with free breakfast appreciated

Taxi from the airport cost us 25 Euro which was a rip off considering it's a 5 minute trip and the hotel shuttle is only 7 Euro *which I had've known about this beforehand)

We spent one night at the hotel which is very close to Ciampino airport before our flight. For an airport hotel it is excellent value and we were very impressed with the restaurant in the hotel. The hotel has a shuttle bus that will take you back and forward to the airport which is a great bonus.

We stayed at this hotel because we had a very early flight out of Rome Ciampino Airport. Ciampino Airport does not seem to have any hotels within easy walking distance.This hotel has a shuttle bus 2.50 euros per person which can take you to and from the airport at a time of your choosing (5-10 minute trip) We found the shuttle service excellent. As we had an early flight and would therefore miss the included breakfast, the hotel gave us breakfast packs to take with us. (We had to enquire and ask about missing breakfast, the packs were not offered until we asked) This was very welcome, and included fresh fruit, juice box, 2 croissants and spreads. Hotel staff were polite and helpful. For a short stay, purpose of being near to the airport, this hotel was very adequate. I would recommend.

Unfortunately, a large youth group from Serbia was also staying and we had a lot of noise. I could not call reception from the room to complain as the phone was not working. I think the hotel staff need to more carefully consider who is staying and where they place them, so as people are not disturbed. The reception staff were very obliging when I asked them to locate the youth group's supervisors to alert them to the noise both inside and outside and the running around the corridors. Despite this, I would still recommend, however you may wish to request a very quiet area of the hotel when you book.

For us it was close to the airport, for the connecting flights, and to return the car.

We had trouble finding the hotel some how the GPS was unable to located the address. It took us two hours, as everyone was sending us in different directions, including the police. Better signs would be helpful.

Very good location. The best choice if you arrive to Chiamoino airport. Shuttle bus from the airport costs 2.50 euro. You just need to give a call to them and it'll come in 5 minutes.

Enough comfort for provided price.

near to Campino aitport and easy, near and cheap connection to Rome center from Campino railway station. Good breakfast, helpful staff, cheap shutlebus with airport any time you need.

I like it because the hotel is soooo close to the airport, they got a bus to get there within just 1 stop, and we will surprise with the hotel as you cannot see that in the picture in booking.com,yeah, you can choose it if you have a flight in the early morning, they will call a taxi for you just for 5 euros.

restaurant decoration very basic

The room smelled, it seemed unclean, the air-con did not work, the tv did not work, the food in the restaurant was horrible as was the service, there was an extra charge for the airport transfer and it cost me 15 euro to get there from the airport in the first place. It appears on a map like it is within walking distance of the hotel but because of the type of roads it is not walkable.

Gutes Frühstück und Lage. La ubicación de todas las habitaciones de la planta baja que le permiten acercarse en coche hasta la puerta de la trastienda. Muy útil si tienes maletas pesadas. Un gran aparcamiento. Buen desayuno y la ubicación.
