Help to solve problem of internet
Poor connection internet in the room who can be fustrated
Room was clean
Far from old town. Even though they indicate wifi in room it did not work. Sheets were very rough ans stiff.
1,5 Km to Verona Center. Clean, good breakfast. The staff helpful to call a taxi.
The helpful and pleasant staff. The breakfast. The comfortable bedroom.
The ugly facade of the building.
Big room Well appointed bathroom Friendly, helpful staff
Coffee machine and toaster were not sufficient for the quantity of people breakfasting
Honestly we rate a better place than Venice. This hotels staff was excellent at customer relations. Bus stopped in front for a low priced ride to the city centre. Hotel was clean and breakfast was better than most.
Smokers on the terrace.
Junior suite was great with 2 big beds and huge spa bath - we walked into verona easily in 25 min - it's a nice walk and helps you get your bearings
Not too much right on hotel doorstep but I knew that anyway an we were the for the city - kids pleased there was a McDonald's 2 min away !
Close to the old part of the city.
Started with the check-in, instead of "Welcome to our Hotel" we got some mooring straight from the entrance, that my credit card is not good enough and they have had some rpoblems to draw the money for our stay. Of course I gave them the money cash immediately including some tax for the inconveniance that we caused to the personnel to pay cash, but the receptionist remain angry. Next step was to take our passports, including tha passport of the kid and to make a copy of them as a guarantee that we are not some covered criminals or something. The elevator is so small that you shoud enter it with a bottle of oxygen in order to avoid beeing suffocated on the way to your room. Wi-Fi - terrible. Actually the only reason to stay at the above mentioned hotel is, that we felt very tired after all the way from Munich to Verona. In any other case I would never stay in such a place.
Really lovely hotel, staff were brilliant bus to the opera great plus, breakfast first class great value for money
bit outside the city
15 Minutes walking from City Center. Parking is available (It was supposed to be chargeable but luckily they did not charge it). Cozy and romantic. Friendly and cooperative Staff although sometimes not much knowledgeable.
Internet is poor
Clean, friendly, nice
No free breakfast, far from center
very kind staff excellent breakfast buffet, not in city center, but walking distance.
Staff friendly and helpful. Simply furnished but high quality rooms and bathroom. Secure parking.
Not a beautiful or historic place. Outside the old city (but this means it has parking).
Location to the old town, 25 minute walk Very friendly service Free Parking Garage, not openly accessible Amazing big beds
No ironing board for the crumpled shirts...and that hurts in Italy
Great hotel, and great value for money. Rooms were large and well equipped, and breakfast was lovely. Location was good - a 20 minute walk to the centre past the castle and the staff really helpful.
spacious, clean, excellent rooms. helpful staff
Very helpful staff, they have a very good relationship with a local taxi company, we used then about 3 times and din't wait any longer than 10 mins. Rooms are good sized and very clean. Free Wi-Fi. We only had a room so can't comment on food.
Location is OK, we walked into the city as we wanted to see some of the sights on the way in and it took us around 40 mins this included stopping to take photos. We used taxis to go in and out of the city centre during the evening and to go to the rail station and even though this adds to the cost of your stay, you will pay extra for a hotel in the city centre so it's a swings and roundabouts scenario.
Good location. Decent breakfast. Clean rooms
Not enough noise insulation. Decorated in a very old fashion.
good location, bus stop closeby, very clean
Great for city break. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast options.
A bit further out of city than we'd have liked, but still walkable and on bus route. Would be great if had a small pool!
Although it's not a long walk to the centre, after a long days exploring it was tiring to trudge back to the hotel. Also don't be too shocked by the look of the hotel from the outside-it looks very dated but as soon as you walk through the doors it is great.
Service in reception was excellent. Talkative and informative receptionist gave us a wide range of good information - also outside of tourist intrests. Excellent beds and breakfast.
Location a bit outside. No bars or restaurants just nearby but on the otherhand the old town was possible to reach by walking
