The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and beds were comfortable. There were no restaurant facilities and the bar/cafe closed by 19.30 yet there was nothing suitable for the 4 days to get dinner. |

The staff was excellent! Location was a little far from the Verona city center, but this hotel was nice. The look on the outside will fool you, because the inside is very nice. Overall, nice hotel and I would stay there again. |

Price was right, retains its 5star image internally. Good walk to the places of interest but there is a regular bus which stops right outside the hotel and is only 1euro 20, tickets can be purchased at reception. Staff at reception were very helpful and imformative. |

Just outside city, easy access even by foot. Quiet place Internet facilities, Internet wifi has become so basic that most hotels even non starts are providing free, which I had to pay 2 Euro per hour and plus they don't have system to block longer hours and using in multiple time with breaks. |

the rooms were great and the staff was very nice and helpfull. the location is not so hot because the best part in verona is to stay in the city center and feel the atmosphere. |

Very friendly staff, big room and bathroom, good service, not very close to, but still foot walking distance to Verona's city centre. Very good price - quality relation. It doesn't look great from the outside, but makes up for it from the inside. |

The service from the staff was excellent. Good sense of humour, spoke good English, helpful advice about how to get around in Verona and where to find good restaurants that would not cost the earth. The breakfast buffet was acceptable but not outstanding. The machine coffee was ok, but the hot chocolate was, unfortunately, undrinkable. |

The hotel was clean and comfortable and within a 20 minute walk to arena. The shuttle to and from the opera at the arena was very nice. |
