The friendliness and helpfulness of Guancomo and Lorenzo. They were very informative about the history of Siena and where to eat etc.

Absolutely fabulous location. Just outside the city walls of Siena It was a fabulous view of the Tuscan hills off the terrace. The staff could not be nicer and more helpful about the sites to see in Siena . Wonderful breakfast buffet. There is a bus right outside the entrance that takes you right to the center of the town. There is free parking and free Internet

This location is absolutely amazing and the decor was authentic Italian. It is just outside the city wall with picture book views of the Tuscan country side. 20 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride to town center. Parking, wi-fi, and a nice breakfast on the huge patio. Hosts could not be more helpful. This was our favorite hotel in Italy.

Only a short walk to the centre of Siena, but it seems to be a world away overlooking the beautiful Tuscan countryside. The hotel is set in lovely gardens, surrounded by lemon and olive trees. Ample parking, free Wi-fi, clean spacious rooms and a good breakfast made the stay very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful giving us some excellent restaurant recommendations. We loved Siena, and will stay here again as a base for visiting more of Tuscany in the future. Highly recommended!

This is a small hotel, well positioned on the outskirts of Siena( only 20min walk) or bus stop just outside the estate. Surrounded by olive groves and lovely gardens overlooking the Chianti Hills it provides a peaceful haven to rest. The hosts were very welcoming and provided helpful information about places to eat, getting into Siena etc. As a solo traveller I felt well looked after and safe. The authentically decorated Tuscan room I had was on the first floor with a fabulous view and even a frescoed ceiling. Great value for money. Loved it!

Just 15 minutes outside the walled-city of Siena. Our room had a beautiful view of Tuscany from our windows. The room was clean, spacious, breakfast was nice, and hosts were friendly.

A bit of a busy street to walk back forth into the walled-city.

Whole ambience of the Hotel was wonderful!! We were made to feel welcome the moment we arrived! Very relaxed atmosphere. All staff very friendly. Lorenzo's recomendations of where to eat were all first class!

Would have been nice if we could have had a glass of wine at the Hotel before we went out to eat.

Great location just a 10 minute walk outside of the Siena's wall or take the bus just outside the entrance. And easy to get out of town for day trips. Beautiful view of the city -peaceful and quiet and safe. Lorenzo was so very helpful with information for side trips and restaurants and anything else that was needed. Breakfast was very good also -nice selections. Would stay again and recommend to friends.

I can't think of anything negative. It was perfect for our Tuscany trip.

It was the higlight of our stay in Tuscany. An unexpected Gem. Thje Staff were delightful and of course spoke English. We look forward to a return visit.

Excellent location with parking for the car, but still within walking distance to Siena. Wonderful old villa with big spacious rooms. Surronded by a nice garden. Great views. Value for money! There is a resturant across the street, with good food for little money.

Minor detail: The coffee machine at the breakfast room made a disapponting capuccino.

Loved the site.. right outside the city Gate, and an easy walk or bus ride. Quaint location, great view, and good breakfast. The Staff was the BEST!

The Palazzo is just that - a small palace/villa - gorgeous surroundings, close enough to Siena to walk, although bus-stop just outside too. I asked for gluten-free breakfast, and was provided with really nice gluten free bread, along with all the other food, ended up with an extensive breakfast spread in a lovely dining room. The guys at the front desk were also very helpful.

The driveway is rather narrow! Certainly wouldn't stop me from staying again though.

The palazzo valli is a beautiful old villa approx. 500M from the siena gates....beautiful views and fantastic breakfasts. All the staff are lovely and our stay was very relaxing and unforgettable.

The staff were very welcoming when we arrived and were lovely throughout our stay. As it's a 20 minute walk outside the town it's in a lovely and quite area. Our room was always clean and had a fantastic view of the Tuscan countryside.
