The single room was very small but the location was ok, it was an easy 10 minute walk to the major sights and an easy 5 minute walk to the train and bus stations. The single room was very small and faced the busy street, had to wear ear plugs to get any sleep. The room is very small for a 4 star hotel. |

The staff was really nice. There was wi fi in the room. The rooms are very very small. You have to walk 15 minutes to be in the duomo. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Special mention for the two waitresses. Amazing how the windows sealed out street noise. It would have been good to have a free computer available for email use. For the price of the hotel, I think this would be a reasonable service. |

Very courteous staff. Decent location. Very good value. Room was overlooked. No kettle or iron in room although they were available upon request. |

Employees were very kind and helpful, big rooms for european stardard, close to everything in the city (can walk to most of places... I walked everywhere). Good price! |

they changed the room for us upon request cause it was very noisy room facing the main street. very clean!!! noisy street, small additional bed, small rooms and poor breakfast, expensive parking. def only 3 stars not 4 |

Breakfast was nice with fresh fruits, Very friendly staff, internet point ok quite strange: ham and similar was just indicated/described in absolutely unknown language (no english, italian or similar)... It might have been arabian...? internet point: printer would be even better, internet place could be a littte bit nicer decorated as well as very poor decoration of breakfast room. |

Very central location and easy to walk just a few minutes to all the main sights. Close to central railway station enabling easy access to other towns. The staff were very polite and friendly and the breakfast was an excellent continental buffet! Being a the front of the hotel it was noisy on occasions. |

Staff molto cordiale, stanza pulita, convenzione con parcheggio per auto tra le più convenienti in città, biglietto di ben venuto con pasticcini, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ottimo per visitare la città e per brevi soggiorni. Stanza e bagno molto piccoli, colazione poco varia, quotidiano gratuito ma soltanto regionale; durante la notte molto rumore dalla strada (finestra non proprio insonorizzata) ma ci siamo fermati una sola notte e potrebbe essere stata una coincidenza! |

La localisation de l'hôtel par rapport aux visites de la ville. Possibilité de parking. Petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix. Disponibilité des personnels pour répondre à nos attentes. Manque de place dans la salle de bains. |

La posizione rispetto al borgo antico La stanza aveva materassi adagiati direttamente su delle panche in legno, senza reti! Si è dormito malissimo. Inoltre il sistema di climatizzazione era guasto e la temperatura interna tropicale. |
