Best Western Hotel Palazzo Ognissanti  

Good location in relation to the train station although it was difficult to find as are most hotels in these small European cities because of all the streets that are difficult to navigate and the large amount of hotels that most locals can't easlily point you to. However, as long as you have the address and the name, you can generally find someone in the first few people you speak to that can direct you to your hotel. In tihs case, we found the hotel within the first fifteen minutes by foot, which was pretty good considering we didn't properly prepare ourselves with a map of the hotel location.

The location of this hotel was good but it was not great in relation to other hotels in Florence. The street that it was on was in an area that was where a number of the different north african cultures appeared to reside and I don't mean this to be in any sort of prejudiced way at all, but at night time when you were on the streets or heading back to the hotel with our wives, you just didn't feel as comfortable as you would have fealt if you were in a hotel closer to the center of town. But saying this, I was never approached by anyone or had anyone say anything to me, so maybe it is just my tourist paranoia that was making me think this way. I still think that this is not unlike any other situation or location where you need to be more aware of your surroundings after 11 at night.

The hotel was excellent as was the staff.The breakfast was terrific and a good way to start the day.The location was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see.The room was small but efficiently designed. The shower was great with a very good flow,however if you are a large person or claustrophobic you will find it pretty small.Would definitely stay here again.

The location and the staff...they are always available to help in a lovely way....

I think they could put some rugs in the room, mainly in the cold weather

You have a tremendous staff. They are most helpful and caring and honestly my daughter and I met two new friends. In particular Alessandra and Giatta went above and beyond to help us in every way. They are both outstanding people. Nothing was too much for them at any time day or night. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay and we will tell others about your courteous service.

внутренее убранство номера скудное и депрессивное,номер требует хотя бы косметического ремонта. и еще ввели 4 евро туристический налог в сутки с человека.

La stanza che ci hanno dato era al piano terra lato strada, non c'è stato molto rumore la notte, ma la domenica mattina prestissimo fra pulizia strada e svuotamento cassonetti davanti alle finestre... Non è stato un bel risveglio!! Inoltre la camera era pulita ma non da hotel 4 stelle

Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Verständliche Wünsche werden umgehend erfüllt.

Wer ein Stadthotel auswählt, soll sich nicht über nächtlichen Straßenlärm beschweren.

Πολύ καλό το πρωινό. Άριστη εξυπηρέτηση του προσωπικού το οποίο ήταν ιδιαίτερα ευγενικό. Πολύ καλή η θέση του ξενοδοχείου σε σχέση με το ιστορικό κέντρο.

Δεν ήταν αρκετά ζεστό το δωμάτιο. Επίσης ήταν αρκετά υψηλή η έξτρα χρέωση του πάρκιγκ.

Hotel situato in un importante palazzo storico vicino alla chiesa di Ognissanti (affreschi del Botticelli e del Ghirlandaio) e all'Arno. Tradizionale qualità Best Western a dieci minuti (a piedi) dagli Uffizi e a cinque minuti da Santa Maria Novella. Consigliabile per tutte le esigenze.
