Reception staff and Breakfast were excellent. Evening snacks were nice. Close to the train station and other historical sites. I paid the off season low rate, but nonetheless the TV and thermostat didn't work. Had to shut off the heat using the breaker box and just didn't watch TV.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, manager was great, breakfast was excellent, walking distance to almost everything, very close to good restaurants and laundry across road which was good when travelling a lot. Rooms were cleaned everyday and chocolate left on pillow excellent service. Internet available with printer plus in room wi fi very good value for money

Close to central train station Garden-side room was full of mosquitos! Had to kill more than 10 of them to be able to sleep! Had to change the room to the street side.

The staff was very freindly and helpful. The hotel has a bar across the streeet and it is VERY loud and noisy.

location and staff the room I was - on the 4th floor - had no wifi available, although it is written in the hotel description it is available in the whole hotel. Another weak point was comfortableness of my room - no comfortable at all because of the air conditioner - too cold - and I could not control it. The bed was also much worse than the one I got the other time I stayed at the hotel. Probably it is because that specific room is cheaper than the others in the hotel.

I liked the breakfast and the location was good. Close to Santa Maria Novella trainstation and near the centre of Florens. Also close to the beautiful Arno river. Free internet. Staff was friendly. Couldn't turn up the aircondition. With 35-40 degrees celcius outside and 20 inside I thought I would catch a cold. Luckily I had a balcony. Wireless didn't work in my room but I could borrow a cable and it was fine.

Location was decent and with walking distance to the train station and all major sites, The breakfast supplied was very good and all of the staff were friendly and willing to help. The bed was not entirely comfortable ( a little to firm).

The location was good. Staff were very attentive. The coffee at breakfast & also, the TV reception was not the best. A promised technician did not arrive to fix the issue over the 4 days stay.

The staff was excellent, the breakfast was also good, and the services offered really good also. The bed wasn't that comfortable and the ac was too cold, otherwise you had to turn it off but it was too hot to turn it off completely.

THe air conditioning is great there's no ironing board in each room you'll have to ask for it and the breakfast is pretty plain- cornflakes + hot plate which only includes egg and cold cut.

The hotel was excellent as was the staff.The breakfast was terrific and a good way to start the day.The location was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see.The room was small but efficiently designed. The shower was great with a very good flow,however if you are a large person or claustrophobic you will find it pretty small.Would definitely stay here again.
